Wonderful hotel.. all of staff is very kindness and very smiling.. beach club are very nice palace... we ver like happy hour system ~ villa Aldo nice and excellent. Only this hotel so far market .. But I must again visit there

酒店比較偏僻 周圍幾乎什麼都沒有 出行一定要有代步工具的 房間倒是特別大很有度假氛圍 酒店內也很漂亮 不過個人認為酒店的服務人員誠信度有待考量…

Sin duda, lo mejor del hotel es su personal: amables, simpáticos y muy eficientes. Como ejemplo, el taxi que habíamos pedido para ir al aeropuerto el último día nos dejó tirados y gracias al joven de recepción pudimos llegar a tiempo. En el hotel no había transfer disponible, pero nos hizo el enorme favor de llamar a gente que conocía para conseguirnos un transporte. Las instalaciones también son increíbles. Además tuvimos la suerte de que había poca ocupación, así que hubo días en los que estuvimos solos en la piscina. Con respecto a la limpieza, cierto es que ha sido el hotel más limpio en el que hemos estado en Indonesia, pero si buscas estándares de limpieza europeos, no los vas a encontrar. El baño necesitaba una buena dosis de antical y antióxido.

Wat een fantastische plek is dit! Wij verbleven in de hillside pool villa en hebben nog niet eerder een uitzicht als deze gezien🤩 De kamer is super groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er zit zelfs een keukentje in. De badkamer is ook ruim en heeft 2 douches, 2 wastafels en een bad. Er word dagelijks heel goed schoongemaakt en het bed slaapt heerlijk! Het personeel is super vriendelijk en staat altijd voor je klaar. Wat wij ook heel fijn vonden, is dat de roomsevice erbij in zit, je hoeft dus niet je villa uit, als je dat niet wilt. Je kan zelfs een floating breakfast bestellen. Wij hebben hier een fantastische tijd gehad en zullen deze mooie plek ook zeker aanraden!

This place can be great but it’s not. I stayed in one of the more expensive rooms with an incredible ocean view and Infiniti pool. The staff are friendly but that’s where it ends. One restaurant with limited menu and early end to breakfast even though it’s advertised until 11am. The property is pretty vacant and in need of much repair. Cracked ceilings, abandoned and creepy spaces in the room and on the property like the spa and gym which has ample facilities but dark and abandoned when you go to use. Worst part, this is not a walkable property so if you’re in a room on the hill you’ll have to wait for pick up which took 30 minutes in some cases. Electricity and WiFi spotty, and overall not the safest because of lack of lighting. There are definitely better properties.

An incredible hotel .the rooms are the best we have seen so far .the staff is doing their absolute best for you .we highly recommand it . You will not be disapointed. But it was a shame to have such a great place empty .. no guests ... so sad ... Make this your next destination!
