Ulasan Holiday Inn Resort Batam, an IHG Hotel

Saya dan suami baru-baru ini menikmati penginapan 2 hari 1 malam di hotel dan ia adalah pengalaman yang menyenangkan. Bufet sarapan pagi sangat mengagumkan, menawarkan pelbagai pilihan untuk memenuhi semua citarasa. Kami juga menyukai kolam renang yang bagus, yang sesuai untuk berenang santai. Sambungan WiFi adalah kuat dan boleh dipercayai, menjadikannya mudah untuk terus berhubung. Kakitangannya sopan dan penuh perhatian, menambah pengalaman positif secara keseluruhan. Walaupun tidak banyak aktiviti untuk dilakukan di sekitar kawasan itu, malam yang tenang menjadikan penginapan yang tenang. Secara keseluruhan, kami mempunyai penginapan yang sangat menyenangkan di Hotel dan akan mengesyorkannya untuk percutian yang santai.

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Their response was prompt, when the electricity tripped in our room. It's also perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the City.

We will surely comeback! The amenities are superb! Staff are very friendly and polite ! We will be there again.!

We have enjoyed during our stay (2N3D) Especially , my daugher enjoyed so much because of kids activities room. It makes her happiness . Thank you all the staff for your good service with smile We'll miss you ...

A few comments. 1) I booked the hotel through Trip.com and was told during check-in that I cannot enjoyed the points reward since it is booked via 3rd party instead of direct booking through hotel. 2) Provide hourly shuttle service to nearest ferry terminal (Sekupang terminal) and 1 trip at 10am to Grand Batam Mall. No service provide to Batam Centre ferry terminal. 3) No comments about the food as breakfast was not included unless I walk-in for it and have to pay at counter. 4) Room key was not working initially when check in and was told because I put next to my mobile phone and have to go back to front desk and get it change. Why was this not upfront alert to customer? 5) Gym threadmill was not working well during jogging and was not change or repair and dont instruction to inform not to use that threadmill. 6) While I was shaving in my bathroom, one of the housekeeper walk into my room without me knowing. Why is that so? He assumed I already check out?? Although he did shout 'housekeeping' but I was in the bathroom and cannot heard anything from inside. 7) Overall, the facilities look run down and old, no USB port for charging which clearly state that the hotel is very old. Overall facilities Overall need lots of improvement on refurbishment, shuttle service and manner of service to enter the room without acknowledgement.

Brought my whole family to stay in this hotel, my second time and their first. Still the kids are spending more time and enjoyed using the kids play pool and water playground. The staff are very friendly and assisted us in our requested.Doo include The Tea Tree Spa is a must for a good relax treatment for a quite family trip.

It was pleasant lovely stay at Holoday in Resort. Room was clean with good cold air conditioner, hot heater water,mini fridge in the room served with good brand Dilmah Tea bag. Breakfast hall was spacious indoor and outdoor view to the pool . variant choice of food .taste is great Has many option coffee ( I choose latte no sugar ) Nice atmosphere with the big pool,,gym hall with a lot gym equipment,clean area There is Teppanyaki or Thai restaurant available in the resort ( please check the schedule ) some of the day is closed . I enjoyed teppanyaki food served in fresh and quality. Great taste Staff attitude is outstanding from the front desk to every part of section they will always smile and greet you Your wonderful stay is their best performance Great hospitality,great stay for everyone who are in refreshing vibes with couples or family.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Service was very on the ball and prompt. They have free shuttle services to and fro the ferry terminal. The process of finding the transport staff was easy and smooth. Upon arriving, a staff was holding a holiday Inn board, and there was minimal to no waiting to get on the car. The also have complimentary daily shuttle service to the city centre at fixed timing. The bathtub of our room had a faulty stopper, resulting in the water not flowing during shower. We called the front desk and they sent engineers to attend to it immediately even though it was almost midnight. As it was late, they did a quick fix temporarily and to our surprise, they came back the next day morning to ask if they could fix it properly for us. However, the resort was old and run down. There are some free facilities, such as games room, separate kids and adult pool, steam room, tennis court, table tennis etc. Pretty sufficient for a short weekend stay. The resort is family friends and there were many kids enjoying their time there. Another downside is the location, there were no nearby eateries or attractions such as malls. Thus, for food wise, you’ll either have to eat in at the restaurants inside the resort or order grabfood. Overall, the experience was pretty pleasant.

Overall my stays here is relaxing. Hotel is very near waterfront ferry, but a bit far from city center. Food also ok, but we just tried the buffet cafe cos on the first day we wanted to try the Japanese one, but it doesn’t start to prepare our food after 1 hr. Staffs are good, they serve with smile and willing to help. If the efficiency can be improved, it will be better.

Was rather clean n the breakfast spread was decent. The staff were very friendly. The only disappointment we had was our bedroom that was supposed to have three bed wasn't ready by the time we arrived even though they were informed beforehand.

Not a place to stay for people who wants to go to town often. The AC in the room is pretty noisy and the room was not clean wgen we came backj at 1700hrs. P1p
