The hotel is the cleanest I have ever stayed in, the pool area is constantly clean and rooms are cleaned everyday to an exceptional standard. The entertaintment team are great and the bar staff are very attentive, constantly refilling drinks and making sure everything is okay.

The staff are brilliant and friendly. The hotel is quiet, just how we like it! The meals really delicious. The animation teams really friendly they doing often activities.We will come with our family next time The drinks are tasty, would recommend the *****ni cocktail

Left this amazing hotel after 10 days, loved everything about this place. Hotel is spotless, both inside and out and all staff work exceptionally hard to keep it this way. Rooms are lovely and cleaned daily, we had a large room 2137 which was amazing. Pools are amazing (although very cold!), .the childrens pool slides and bigger water park were amazing. There was always plenty of sunbeds available aroung pool side and on the beach. There was no deposit for towels and you could change these daily. Always something to do or you can just relax. There is plenty of choice for food in main restaurant and although quite repetitive on a lot of stuff however you could always find something to eat. I used the microwave a lot and found food was not warm enough for myself.. Snack bar also good where you can get burgers, chips, ice cream ect. Day time and evening entertainment been good but as it’s only the very start of the season main stage only opened on 13th May. Entertainment team are amazing and are lead by a fantasic manager who is very enthusiasic about her role and good leader. Aynur and her team Jo (called me Grandma) Max, Burso , Ece, YAYA, Onur, Ayne and Joseph . Entertainment for everyone during day and night. good if you want to get involved or if you just wanted to watch to have a drink. Ahmet Jet 2 rep was very knowledgeable and helpful during our stay and offered excellent service on local area. Drinks at the bars were of high quality and cocktails were amazing. The only issue I have was on the last day restaurant was having a photo shoot and the choose of food on that evening on how it was displayed was amazing wish it could have been like this throughout our stay Would defo come back to this hotel and recommend to others

I’m extremely confused by all these five star reviews! Firstly, the check in is absolutely abysmal you get a wrist band shoved on your wrist and told your room number, we had booked a “Big/extra Large” room but we ended up on a ground floor swim up as an upgrade after specifically stating we needed a higher floor. The entertainment “team” by god we never so much as clocked eyes on anyone the entire time we were there, all they done was a few pool games and at night time it was the same 5 songs for a disco for the kids lasting 20 minutes then it was stupid adult games €10 for a price of bing paper to win 20% off the spa. The drinks are terrible for a five star hotel, watered down weird orange fizzy stuff and Pepsi are all you can get really. The pools are FREEZING I mean they physically hurt your skin they are that cold, so a swim up room is pointless and just for show. It’s a shame as if the pools were warmer they’d be full! The entertainment area is in the snack bar which you can’t really call a bar it’s a few old bottles of alcohol and wine shoved behind a counter, plastic glasses are all scratched and dirty your lucky if a quarter of the families at the hotel could fit into the tiny area! People were all left standing for ages as no seats or just simply didn’t bother. They turn the water features off on the kids adventure pool constantly for hours at a time, again no good for anyone. There is a play park but not many people know about it as it is hidden behind the kids club. The food, don’t get me started it’s the same Beef Stroganoff and weird eggplant dishes all week with the odd Chinese or Mexican item thrown in. Don’t expect any type of British breakfast everything is EGG, every type of egg you can imagine that isn’t British. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and immaculate, they keep it up to a beautiful standard and everything is spotless our rooms were cleaned every single way by Izma who changed our bedding every day and towels. I don’t think this is really a family hotel there isn’t much for kids to do specially when they advertise stuff but it’s all pool games for adults. The shop is a ripoff £70 for a blow up unicorn, £8 for a packet of biscuits and £7 for a red bull. My daughter wanted a little Barbie they wanted €110 for something you could get out the pound shop. Overall the hotel is a 10/10 but the food, the entertainment and the lack of things to do let it down. Won’t be back.

Currently on day 5 of a 10 night holiday at Korumar Ephesus and having the most amazing time! This is our first time visiting Turkey and we will be 100% returning! The animation team are fantastic, my teenager is especially enjoying playing water polo and darts every day with Mad Max and Crazy Joe! The food is great with a huge selection and we particularly enjoyed the Turkish A La Carte restaurant.

Amazing hotel, very family friendly, slides great drinks and food amazing - special mention to Joe from animation who was so much fun and really engaging with the kids and adults great activities for all ages kept everyone busy all day. The beach was lovely and we will defo be back!

Great hotel Great staff. Joe from the entertainment was fun round the pool. And meals was good and rooms really were clean and I will come next time again absolutely,joe,yaya,onur,aynur thanks for everything guys see ya next year 😍😍😍😍

First i will start with the positives (Which there are many ) Arrived with my family at 2am in the morning reception staff pleasant and helpful was so nice to be able to get a drink at the lobby bar (24hrs) and again the staff greeted us with a smile . We had room 1123 overlooking the mountains we had a massive balcony room large with everything you need . Room was super clean and remained that way for the whole stay spotless i tipped the cleaner when we left and she was so grateful please remember these hard workers when you leave . Shower big but floor really slippery so be aware! no problem with pressure or heat . TV only one UK channel but i was not there to watch TV . WIFI worked a treat for the first 3 days then once hotel was full not so good . Free safe in your room Fridge stocked daily if your drinks have been used ( so use your drinks and it will be re-stocked !!) Staff all that i meet or spoke with were helpful and friendly ready to have a laugh or joke if you take the time ,from bar staff , waiters , cleaners , animation , the lovely ladies that make the flat bread and serve the ice cream , the staff at the beach the only one that needs to learn to smile is the blond hair girl in the kids club my god she's miserable !! Pool area spotless the man that keeps it clean was there every day checking , Didn't use the slides as there were a couple of accidents whilst we were there so gave them a miss . Never had a problem getting a sun bed there's hundreds and all with brollies if needed Had to fetch a chair to sit on (Bad back) but again no issue having them around the pool . Bar staff will make you any drink you ask for if you can think of a cocktail they will make it ,some you can't think of they will make up Best long Island ice tea & Mojito I've had Now the not so good !! We arrived on the 26/4/24 and the hotel was only a quarter full bliss 3 days later Turkish bank holiday and hotel was rammed the whole dinning room experience was a nightmare kids running around some on scooters helping them self to food dropping it all everywhere mixing foods together eating food with there hands at the fruit station ! some nights we could not find any seats even when going late we sat outside and got eaten to death by mozzies . The queues for food were madness . They had one toaster for breakfast for about 1000 people food came out and was gone in 30 seconds . This was the only part that i didn't enjoy at the hotel . Not the hotels fault just think they need to look into this to make your dining experience a bit more pleasurable. The themed restaurants were not open whilst we were there so can't comment on them . Didn't use the shops at the hotel They opened the sports bar so we could watch the football the bar wasn't open so they sent a waiter down to us first class service .
