I recently attended a conference in Jeju and chose your hotel for its proximity to the Jeju ICC. The location was indeed convenient, surrounded by various tourist attractions such as Jusangjeolli Cliff, African Museum, Jungmun Saekdal Beach, and the Cheonjeyeon Waterfall. I opted for a deluxe room with a double bed and a single bed, suitable for those traveling with a family.
Nevertheless, I would like to share some feedback from our stay that could contribute to an improved guest experience. Firstly, despite booking both rooms simultaneously almost a month in advance, my friend and I were assigned different facilities. My room, situated on a lower floor, offered a less-than-ideal view, while my friend enjoyed a room on the 3rd floor. This discrepancy was confusing, especially considering online records still showed available rooms.
Furthermore, the temperature control in my room posed challenges. The AC couldn't be adjusted, and there was no remote provided. Turning off the AC manually led to an uncomfortably warm room, aggravated by the absence of a fan. As a temporary solution, we resorted to opening the window, but this introduced a security concern due to easy terrace access from outside.
Additionally, I observed a variance in cleaning standards. While I recognize the importance of adhering to cleaning protocols, the cleanliness of the room fell below expectations.
Despite these concerns, I must acknowledge the commendable location and room amenities. However, addressing these issues would undoubtedly enhance overall guest satisfaction. I appreciate your attention to these matters and trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure a more consistent and enjoyable experience for future guests.
