Wow, this hotel room is simply exceptional! The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a tasteful decor that exuded elegance and style. The spacious layout and carefully chosen furnishings created a cozy yet luxurious ambiance. The plush bed, adorned with high-quality linens, promises a night of undisturbed sleep and relaxation. The magnificent view from the large windows adds an extra touch of charm, capturing the breathtaking skyline or captivating scenery. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel room experience!

Second time with this hotel, family with 2kids We love location, transportation to and from airport was so easy, walk distance from train station and bus stop, quiet and lot of good restaurants, convenience store and coffee shop just downstair.

We had a one night layover in Seoul before going to Busan the next day. This hotel is about a 15 minute ride by taxi. Very good restaurants close by and a beautiful botanical park to walk at sunset or night. Other than that, no other things around. Perfect for a one night stay. Rooms were big and clean. Checkin service could have been friendlier as the male clerk was a bit cold.

We came here for a staycation during the winter. It is located in a residential area next to the Han River. They have a sauna, fitness room, cafe, CU and golfing (extra cost). There is breakfast for a cost but never woke up in time to go. They also have a restaurant and BBQ area on the top. The room we stayed in was a luxury room. A nice view of the Han River, jacuzzi tub, separate shower and toilet. It was warm, but I don’t think you can control it from the room. Kept cool by leaving the AC on or opening the window. Overall, pleased with our stay at JK hotel. Would come back again. Some workers at the front desk knows how to speak English.

The location of the hotel is its main selling point. It is right where the action is. The employees are friendly, polite and very helpful. Service is premium. With the above, I would definitely recommend this place! My drawback is the breakfast offered. The choice and spread is very limited. It is better to go out and eat.

Could be the best priced 5 star hotel in Seoul. Room was beautiful, big and absolutely quiet. Location is perfect 👍 recommend for business trips or shopping, as it’s walking distance to all the best shops. You can also walk to several of the ancient palaces.

I have had the pleasure of staying at many different four seasons locations, however Four Seasons Seoul was and is by far my favorite. I flew in from the US and requested a car to pick me up at the airport in Seoul and staff was waiting for me outside when I arrived. They pre checked me in since I was traveling internationally and had arranged for me to go directly to the room. The staff was thoughtful and continued to add personal touches the entire stay. The majority of the staff is multi lingual and helped to helped to arrange transportation and exterior details of my activities and appointments. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and extraordinary. Cannot wait to come back!

Intercontinental Seoul COEX Conveniently located in COEX mall, tons of food and shopping available here. Booked a king classic room with lounge access to celebrate wedding anniversary. Received complimentary red wine. Room is well maintained but design looks tired and dated. Luckily the club lounge is exceptional. Afternoon tea is served from 3pm to 5pm. Evening canapés from 5.30pm to 8pm. Food quality is good and staffs are friendly. I would strongly recommend to get room with lounge benefits else the dated room design doesn't justify its price tag.

Saya pergi bercuti dengan kawan saya. Saya melawat tahun lepas dan kembali kerana saya suka kolam renang. Agak menyusahkan untuk memasuki kolam renang tanpa had bilangan orang walaupun situasi Corona. Terlalu ramai orang, jadi saya pusing beberapa pusingan untuk mencari tempat duduk untuk senior. Ia adalah hari yang teruk dan suhu air sejuk, jadi sayangnya saya tidak dapat tinggal lama. Selepas keluar, saya kembali ke bilik saya untuk mencuci, dan tiba-tiba saya melihat bahagian atas tab mandi. Saya melihat celah kecil di siling, jadi saya menghubungi meja depan untuk meminta pengesahan. Tiada maklum balas selama lebih sepuluh minit selepas panggilan pertama, dan seorang kakitangan tiba lebih daripada dua puluh minit selepas permintaan kedua dan ketiga. Apabila saya periksa, saya dimaklumkan bahawa bahagian seperti penutup lubang di siling tidak sejajar dan terdapat celah, tetapi saya tidak dapat mengetahui sama ada ia disentuh semasa pembersihan. Saya bimbang kerana ia adalah bilik mandi bukan di tempat lain, jadi saya meminta pemeriksaan tambahan kemudian. Kakitangan yang melawat pada masa ini memohon maaf berulang kali dan sangat baik. Sebagai perkhidmatan, mereka menawarkan naik taraf bilik, tetapi mereka menolak kerana ia menyusahkan dan lewat. Dalam proses itu, saya berasa tidak sihat kerana saya merasakan seolah-olah kakitangan yang berurusan dengan saya melayan saya seolah-olah saya hanya meluahkan aduan saya dan mengharapkan sesuatu yang lain.
