Ulasan Hotel Atrium Jongno

Location quite alright as many buses around the area. Room was spacious for family of 4 adults. Starbucks and convenient store nearby. Toilet in room is big and my room comes with a bath tub and toilet seat comes with bidet. Will stay with them again if I am back in Seoul for vacation.

The room was cozy and nice. It had the view of Namsan Tower and because the room had windows at each end it was really nice to have both windows opened (when the air was fine) Even though the door seemed to be not closing perfectly everything else perfect.

Very nice accommodation. The management is very good in handling our issues and concerns. We will back there again soon.. Good location and very accessible to all the nice tourist spots.

The room was a little bit outdated. One of the light switches on the panel stopped working on the last night. On the bright side the rooms were quiet. The breakfast was continental and had different options, but there was rarely any fresh vegetables.

For a 3-Star Hotel was this expectable. The Position of the Hotel was Amazing. It was central to everything inside Seoul. Inside the shelves, it was dusty. My Pants were full of dust when we took them out again. The Shower is more a Bathroom (Toilet) with a Shower inside. To seperate the shower with the toilett, they just added a Glaswall. But the bottom part is free. So if you Shower, it may be that the room gets wet. Cant say much about the service, cuz we didnt really used the service so much. When it was rainy, they lended us umbrellas. The Buffee is in my Opinion okay. Since my mouth is used to eat turkish cuisine, i didnt like the Breakfast there. But for the typical western, that should be good enough.

Room we had was very spacious. It was abit run down but it was fine for the price. Location was abit far from subway stations if you have younger kids.

Jeju air is thr low cost airline so didn't provide amenities or food or drink. I understand but if provide drink is OK but for food you need to buy it.

Nice view from the windows. Cozy little room with all you need. Nice breakfast and free water every day. 3 min walk from subway and 15 min from central station.

The hotel is easily accessible to Insadong and 5mins walk to Gwangjang market. A large room for our family of 4. Although the hotel is dated however basic necessities are provided. There is no complain for the price we paid. Definitely value for money!

Clean and beautiful interior. The staffs are very accomodating and kind.

An overall huge disappointment. The corridor in the 4th floor has a disruptive fish and feces smell. There is no shower curtain and window curtain in the room we lived. The toilet suddenly broke at midnight 3am and water keeps flushing out from the toilet and spills all over the floor. Such inconvenience could have been easily resolved if the staff helped more promptly. However, the phone hotline to hotel front desk is not picked up and answered. We walked down found out that there is no one in the front desk. We had to find the staff in the resting room but we were accused and blamed for ‘breaking into places where we cannot enter’. The staff tried to fix the toilet but he failed. We were arranged to another room later, but the accident lasted over an hour and we couldn’t sleep anymore later. My advise to anyone: do not choose this hotel!
