立地最高！部屋もきれい！スタッフさんも親切でめちゃめちゃ良いホテルでした！洗濯機あり（洗剤はないので1階の自販機で購入）、洗濯できたので持参服も少なくて済みました 周りに飲食店もたくさんあるし、益善洞まで徒歩2分ほど、仁寺洞も5〜6分ほどで行けます また利用したいホテルです

飯店位子超好，房間乾乾淨淨的也很溫暖，比想像中大，但也沒有大很多，可以接受範圍，周圍很多吃的很方便，櫃檯人員超好心，不會叫車還可以幫忙，下次到首爾還要入住！

Cet hotel moderne est idéalement situé à l’entrée d’insadong, tout contre le quartier de inseodong, village traditionnel. Tout plein de restaurants, de salons de thé, de bars, de galeries tout autour, lignes de métro 1, 3, 5. L’hotel lui même est moderne, très propre, très confortable, tous les services (kitchenette, machine à laver, air conditionné) douche italienne, plein de rangements Le lit est confortable, fourniture de bouteilles d’eau thé, café en self service. L’accueil est souriant et efficace Alors pourquoi 4 étoiles et pas 5 ? Parce que les chambres sont n peu petites (14m2) A recommander !

Very mixed feelings about this place. The pros are very good location and kind staff. WiFi worked perfectly well, too. However, the room I stayed in was quite sad. It was so small that it was not possible to open my suitcase. The bed was very hard. The fridge was super loud, so I had to switch it off to have some sleep. There was a stove, but utensils had to be rented for a fee. There was a washing machine, but no detergent (you have to go ask at reception). No kettle (need to ask at reception). Of course, no tea/coffee as well. Microwave is in the corridor (shared). The shower didn't have any cabin or curtain, so after you use it, all the bathroom is wet and you can't use it until it dries or you wipe it with a towel. There's no cleaning unless you schedule it at reception. As a result, patrons put their rubbish outside their rooms and the corridor looks like a landfill in the morning. All in all, I can't recommend the place for a longer stay at all. A couple of nights might be quite OK though.

Location is biggest advantage when booked here. It’s practically next door to Ikseondong, fancy cafes & plenty of shopping. Insadong is 15min walk Room has no view, which we don’t mind. Window is well tinted, sound proof is good, we slept till late daily. The male receptionist seemed to be the only employee throughout our 5nights stay, he covers all maintenance work, providing information & assisted with drying our laundry

Stayed for 5 nights with my family. Great location with lots of restaurants and cafes, and short walk to major sites. The staff was also lovely and provided unlimited water bottles and towels. The hotel and room itself felt quite old and no curtain in shower meant that the whole bathroom gets wet. The washing machine is also in the men's bathroom in the lobby which was odd and meant as females we were uncomfortable going in while men are using urinals.

The manager is very friendly, and the streets right next to the hotel are very picturesque, especially in the evening.

면접준비로 왔는데, 취준생이라며 최대한 조용한 방 주셨네요 ㅎㅎ 덕분에 잘 쉬었고, 면접도 잘 본 것 같습니다. 따뜻한 배려가 있는 호텔이라는 생각이 들어 적극 추천하고 싶습니다

I liked it here. Although the room is tiny, it has everything you need during the stay. The receptionist was nice and welcoming. Definitely a place to stay for the next vacation.

Good for the price. Especially for Seoul.
