Location of the hotel is super top notch especially when you are doing a lot of shopping as we are able to do a "pit stop" loading off excess stuff that we bought and then head out for the "next Lap" I like the layout and design of the room especially when the dry and wet toilets are separated. Rooms are generally clean albeit small, perfect for a couple or a solo travel. Sound insulation can be improved as at late night we do hear some unknown noises (repetitive sounds akin like foot stomping the ground). Also the air-conditioning unit will cut off every 3 hours (could be just our unit) and have to find my self waking up middle of the night to turn it back on as it can be stuffy without the AC turned on. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here.

Extremely satisfied, thumbs up! The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay.

The hotel was amazing and it's right on the middle of Myeong-Dong Street. Extremly close to the airport shuttle bus. The room was very nice and comfortable. I had the option with breakfast included and you do not have breakfast in the hotel but they give you receipts and a map of the four location you can have the breakfast at, just show them your receipt and the food in those places was amazing! Fully recommend!

Location is excellent, just in the middle of the myeong dong street. Check in lobby at 13 floor and it was clean, quiet, a lot of amenities provided, and staff is very friendly and helpful, free luggage storage. This exceeds my expectation because the price is cheap and affordable. We booked Universal room so it was very big. overall this was a happy staying!

A very nice location. It took mehours to do the laundry given that they only have one washing machine/dryer. ( but I guess it’s good that they have it) I liked the express check-out option a lot.

Filipina house keeping some of them are rude. I had a big fight with one after she insisted that she will only clean until 3:30PM, but called the lobby if they can make my room at 4:00PM which they happily agreed upon and okay with it. Korean staff are nice and very accommodating. Will come back again but make sure that filipina girl will not clean my room. She made my stay uncomfortable.

Place was extremely convenient and easy to get around. Staff were friendly and polite. Room was comfortable, clean, loved the pajamas provided. Would definitely consider staying here again next time. Thank you!

The twin room is small but the hotel located in the heart of myeongdong whereby diagonal opposite of myeong dong olive young. There is airport limousine bus drop off and pick up nearby. Walking distance to lotte department store and others.

It's too squeezy for 3 pax. We can't open our luggage and we have to walk sideways. But it's very convenient.

Location is superb , right opposite Olive Young so genuinely 5star for this. Didn’t see/use any amenities so just left it at 5star too. Gave cleanliness 3 star cause on checkout day we found a pair of socks underneath our bed that does not belong to us, we slept for 3 nights so clearly room-keeping missed that out. Other than that room seems clean. Also, 3 star for service as we reached hotel at 10am, the young guy mending the front desk was not very pleasant, his choice of tone/words was not really friendly, perhaps due to English (though he seems to speak good English). Impatient as well. Stayed a few hotels within the location, they had better check in services.

Super convenient location and clean, staff were helpful but needs improvement on the housekeeping, even with a note asking for refills of bathroom amenities on the empty bottle, none were refilled and other amenities also emptied, hence not what would be expected of a Japanese hotel. Also to note that the lifts were very slow.

Very convenient and the hotel is in Myeondong staff speak fluent English. Most of the guests are Japanese.
