Ulasan Hoi Tak Hotel

One of the few hotels worldwide offering hot orange juice for breakfast.

Arrived at the hotel after visiting the local vehicle administration office to get my Chinese drivers licence. I required a certificate of residence from the hotel to complete the process. 李艳毅 went out of her way to help me get the document, taking me to the local police station, translating for me and contacting local authorities on my behalf. Thanks to her I was able to successfully get my licence. Hotel is elegant and classy, well furnished rooms and great, helpful staff. Also a good view of the city from the window. Walking distance from main attractions in Ürümqi city.

The service was particularly good, and the front desk supervisor Guzalnur was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help. I was on a business trip and exceeded the business standard room. Unexpectedly, I upgraded to a suite for free, and the check-in experience was very good. The room was clean, comfortable, and the area was also large. The environment was in the city center, opposite People's Square. As my phone number was foreign, I couldn't order takeout, so Guzalnur helped me book takeout. He was very careful, and most importantly, he could exchange foreign currency, which was very convenient. Recommended, recommended, recommended.

Cleanliness and location are great, as well as the price. But where this hotel lacks is service. There was a MAJOR hiccup in how front desk handled my situation. I came back at 4am after a night out and lost my room key. The front desk really struggled to find my room number. After about 5 minutes of searching, she found my room and handed me a new key. Except IT WAS THE WRONG ROOM. I walked into a room that had 2 complete strangers asleep in the room. They were startled and I closed the door immediately. Went back downstairs and had to ask the front desk for another key, which the lady searched for another 5 minutes before finally finding my room. Needless to say, this is BAD. You CANNOT give someone’s room key to a stranger. That is an absolute sin in the hospitality industry. I hope they will retrain their staff and learn from this review.

Food choices are limited. But there are many restaurants around. Good location, spacious and comfortable rooms.

They accept foreigners and that’s a big plus. Great location, close to bazaar and main square just in front of the hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Hotel is a bit old, but overall good place to stay for 1-2 nights

出行方便，周邊吃喝玩樂都有，離大巴扎也很近。前台前台服務人員也特別熱情，尤其是努爾小姐姐，升了個房型，介紹周邊吃的地方，還有阿力木小哥哥，看我行李多，主動幫忙，把行李搬到房間，真的很貼心， 房間特別乾淨，整潔，床也很舒適，睡的特別舒服，下次入住還會選擇這一家酒店，雖然老五星級，但是工作人員服務真的沒得説，特別棒，推薦，推薦，推薦…

老牌五星酒店，打個車司機都認識。地段不錯，附近就有地鐵和公交車站，打車到大巴扎、紅山也不遠，樓下就是人民廣場，可以步行到陝西大寺、明德街。前台服務相當好，司司 託託 樑博 同學的服務到位，非常熱情 、還免費給我們升級房型了，房間很大，樓層在30樓視野也很好，下次還會選擇這家酒店。

對房間設施很滿意，服務態度非常好點名前台工作人員努爾和郭佰，對酒店的整體的裝修以及工作人員都很滿意值得信賴，個人覺得酒店大堂環境不錯很喜歡.下次我還選擇這家酒店海德.👍👍

房間很乾凈，還挺大，是那種傳統的設計風格，使用着特別方便。位置很好，酒店正門朝東，正對着人民廣場。酒店是在交通銀行樓上，房間視野很開闊，周邊聚集了好多銀行。游泳池、健身房都不錯，遊玩之餘可以運動一下。

烏魯木齊信達海德酒店！一個綜合性價比很高的五星級酒店！在烏魯木齊有游泳池的酒店並不多！在訂酒店時就找了這家！入住時還給我設計了超級豪華房！因為第一天沒有事先問好，所以沒有游上遊！好的就是住房可心 ，就又加住了一天，游上遊了！游泳池好像是我們夫妻二人的專場！總的説來，酒店真的不錯！如果下次再來烏市，還會選擇這家酒店的！
