They said they upgraded my room, but it was actually a wall-view room. The hygiene was quite poor; they gave me a sheet with bloodstains on it. The tissue box was empty and never refilled. The whole cleaning process was very sloppy.

Upon booking I immediately sent an email letting them know we will be arriving at 6 AM and asked if they could accommodate an early check-in paid or unpaid. The reply back was they would do their best to accommodate, upon arriving at about 9 AM. There were no rooms available. The guy said it would take 30 minutes and he put us in the room which did not follow my request of being away from the elevator (was directly across from the elevator) and a non-smoking room (reeked of smoke). We had to go back down and ask to be changed and needed to wait another 30 minutes this time he upgraded to a better room with a kitchenette. He was polite the entire time. Once arrived in the room we noticed dust along the walls and a long strand of hair in the bed. Otherwise the room seemed clean. Very spacious room and nice bathtub. We also could not get the room temperature lower than 27C despite setting it to 10C which was slightly uncomfortable. The floors also seemed to be heated which was nice. The location was great in Gangnam. In the lobby, there is a hot water station and microwave. No toothbrush/paste provided. Only shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Near to airport bus station, hotel staffs are friendly, nearby have convenient shops

The hotel is pretty old and the room had a very strong cigarette stench and it remained in the ventilation throughout the whole trip despite airing the room. No tooth brush and tooth paste provided so bring your own or pay for it. The towels in the room had the cigarette stench but new towels were clean. The room did not feel very clean though the bed was clean and very comfortable. The lights sensor is odd though, going off after some time by itself while I am bathing or using it and had to go and on it again. The room itself is big.

The room is big and clean. The staff was very friendly. Around the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and shopping places.

I reserve a room and specifically noted for a non-smoking room however, when my friend and I arrived, this was the state of our room. There was black mold in the showers. There was a dirty towel on the sofa, garbage on the floor, and the room smelled like somebody had just smoked a cigarette and left. It did not seem like the room was cleaned at all. The state of the room was terrible. Thankfully, the young man at the front desk was able to move us to a different room that was slightly better however it was still quite dirty. My friend and I had no choice but to stay at this hotel since there were not many options available around us anymore.  I would not recommend this hotel. I probably will never come back to this hotel again. 

The room was a bit small, and the mattress was too soft, which made my back hurt. The pillows were uncomfortable too, giving me a stiff neck! It's not even as good as a Hanting hotel in China! I stayed for 2 nights, but the cleaning staff didn't come to clean the room. The hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes, so you need to bring your own. You also have to ask the front desk for bottled water, otherwise, you won't get any.

This hotel/guesthouse has a unique bohemian design, and its courtyard is really special. It's also super convenient for getting around, just a short walk to Thapae Gate. The room decor is simple and elegant, and the space is quite generous. I loved the smart toilet – very convenient! But the best part was definitely the latex mattress; I slept incredibly well and soundly all night. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommend!

Good good

Honestly the hotel was a little hard to find the first time, but the location is close to everything after that. The room itself was also very cute; like a studio apartment. The only things I didn’t love was they don’t have a “do not disturb” sign. If your card key is not in the card slot in the room they will come in to clean your room. Idk if they were supposed to give me 2 key cards but I only had one so they came in to clean my room everyday (which is not a terrible thing).

It was close to the clinic we had checkups booked at, location-wise it was pretty good

Good for business trips, the hotel is okay, but there's no breakfast.

Location was good. Could be a bit cleaner, but was doable. I didn't realize my room had a balcony until the next morning. Will most likely stay here again!

Pretty good overall. The location is easy to find, and several popular 'influencer' spots are within walking distance. It's also close to several dermatology clinics, which is super convenient for anyone getting facials.
