Ulasan Seoul Riviera Hotel

Everytime i visited this hotel, different size of room is assigned for the same room title.

The room itself was alright, but the space is very small. My friend and I had two checked in bags each. I could only open one clicked in luggage at a time because if we opened all of them up, there wouldn’t be any space to walk, much less store our luggage’s. The room we picked had two twin beds, but no outlets near any of of them. There were only 4 charge ports, two Korean outlets(type c), two American outlets (type b) at the desk area. If they got rid of the counter before the windows, there would be a lot more space so I don’t know why those counters were there.

I have booked two, when I extended one day it charged me around 80% of the amount of the first two days. Otherwaise the hotel was very good.

Initially while booking, this hotel seemed like a great option. The design is nice and antique. It's in a convenient location near a bus stop and subway station. The staff are patient and helpful. However, there were several issues within the room. The lights do not have a switch or button to turn off. The lamps had to be unplugged every night before going to bed. Unfortunately, the closet ceiling light could not be unplugged or turned off at all. The motion sensor light turns on by itself in the middle of the night while sleeping. The bathroom floor was leaking water in multiple spots from the tile. You will be charged to use the toothpaste and toothbrush. There are not enough universal plug outlets. Overall, the hotel comes across very fancy on the surface, but I think the rooms need to be updated and better maintained.

Value priced hotel if visiting apgujeong. AirPort Express bus stops nearby. Photo of hotel taken from actual express bus stop heading towards airport. Be careful anout bus schedule though. Website may not be up to date. Late at night I called front desk to set up wake up call for the next morning only to be told it can’t be done because reception are not working at this time. Thought that was odd Check out was a breeze. Luggage drop off counter was also very efficient.

The location is kinda okay, what's really impressive is the service and price, it's really worthy, will stay here for another stay!

The room is really good but just a bit dark, the facilities are awesome Over all ~ its very nice

We stayed in the hotel before our wedding because the venue was nearby. The location was ok and staffs were kind.

I booked a superior suite, especially because of the photos on *********** showing it has a bathtub. When we arrived, the staff at check-in lied to us that we were "upgraded" to a junior suite....this does have no bathtub and compared to the photos on this website it was a clear downgrade. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, THEY WILL CHEAT ON YOU!

The hotel is gorgeous but the staff are not so friendly! Except for the housekeeping lady who smiles a lot and talks to us guest, and the door man at the entrance downstairs. The rest of them are no smiley and strictly work focused! They look and tired and kind of pressured that relating to guest is not a priority😩 Too bad!
