Ulasan JI Hotel (Chaozhou Ancient City People's Square)

Nice and surprisingly nice stayed one night with one bedroom apartment

i was never disappointed with Ji hotels. The room plan is well designed and practical. The electric bidet is nice esp. during winter with a warm seat. The room is spacious for 2 persons. They also provide 6 or 8 bottles(I forgot the exact number.) of drinking water in the room. The amenities are all provided. The ancient city is around 2 km away. If the weather is nice, you can enjoy the walk actually.

The two front desk staff on night shift during my stay were very helpful and friendly. Even though me and my friend had a lot of questions, the night shift front desk staff patiently explained and recommended restaurants and attractions. 

Very nice and clean hotel. Booked a room for 3 persons but hotel unable to provide another cup in the room as they claimed 1 set consists only 2 cups. Would give 5 stars for service if they are more flexible.

Cozy/New/Chill/Comfort and value for money… Up to expectation and more then what you pay And free laundry self service.

I had to make 2 different bookings for different room type. But just wanted to say again that overall it was a very pleasant stay at a very reasonable price.

Booked 4 rooms for family. Utterly impressed! Clean, human-centric design and services. Details such as self service laundry service to helping guests to navigate various essentials in the city are all well provided and served by the staff with great pride.

We spent a total of 3 nights here. This is one of the most satisfactory hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel is so clean and new. The basic facilities are all well equipped. I have stayed in multiple 5 stars hotels and this hotel is definitely comparable to those 5 stars. The location is superb. And the breakfast is so delicious with nicely brewed coffee. The staffs at the lobby are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend my friends to stay in this hotel.

Nice room, but they put my backpack in the storeroom where it soaked up water from the floor and made the clothes inside wet.

Breakfast is OK, but not too much choice. Room is clean and tidy, good.

Great location and clenaliness

工作人員很貼心，辦理入住後發了出遊攻略，一開始我們發現房間位置在Wi-Fi邊的時候，和耐心和我們溝通，也給我們更換了房間，朋友很滿意這次的住宿，床墊很舒服，早餐粿條好吃，唯一的遺憾是姐妹們有點愛美，結果沒找到全身鏡

這次入住全季酒店（潮州古城人民廣場店）感受到酒店前台服務很好，特別是Yan 的熱情招待及協助我們解决問題，另外房間蠻寬敞，空間感一流及非常清潔，還有香香的洗衣房內，免費提供洗衣液，多麼細心的一間酒店，本人一定會介紹全季酒店給朋友。💗🫰

如果您來潮州，這酒店還是值得入住，酒店乾淨衞生，智能馬桶超滿意，員工服務員態度也超棒。附近是居民區，周邊好吃的很多，離景區也近。喜歡吃生醃的朋友附近有家鋒廚生醃味道不錯，老闆跟老闆娘服務態度很好，生醃給的量很大，價格又實惠。
