Just the Best hotel in seoul! Very good customer service, a car will drop you and pick you up from the nearest subway station to the hotel. Buffet was good. I also tried the menu (very good pat thai) Tried the bar and the jazz band was extraordinary. Room was also clean and very quiet (extremely rare in Seoul)

If you have the budget, highly recommend visiting the Shilla in Seoul. The service was excellent and the staff is thoughtful and professional. Only nitpick is the location is not as convenient as some other hotels, but you may want to spend most of the time on property anyway (there is a connected shilla duty free if you are in a spending mood) Pro tip: their restaurants are often booked so be sure to book in advance. Check their pastry shop for limited time items. Check out their bingsu and parfait creations in the library.

Service at Shilla Seoul was impeccable - concierge, check in at front desk, breakfast, housekeeping and their attentiveness at departure all warm, friendly and great attention to details. We were allocated a great room with view of the mountains, Beds were very comfortable and we ordered the tempura pillow from the pillow menu. Breakfast buffet was a great spread. Shilla feels like a sanctuary in hectic Seoul and it was always a pleasure to be back. Highly recommended :)

It’s a must go for a top tier local hotel chain, definitely with some history, location is ok, services is great, can’t complain. Close to duty free, great for shopping

The Shilla Hotel Seoul service is among the best in the world. Sauna is great. I am most impressed with even small gestures like welcome you back to the hotel or send you all the way to the airport limousine stop with great smile.

Clean rooms, good food at the Korean restaurant. Enjoyed the gym and pool as well!

I must say that this is the finest hotel I’ve ever experienced in Seoul. Every aspect is exceptional but what truly distinguishes it from others is the remarkable quality of its food and the outstanding room service. If you choose to stay here, I highly recommend indulging in the delightful Mango Bingsu available at the lobby cafe as well as ordering Galbi Bansang as a room service option.

Excellent view but check out time was 11:00 am which is a bit earlier than other hotel.

We booked 2 rooms for 2nights. Everything was perfect, staff, environment, restaurant, comfortable bed, indoor and out door pool. Not far from walking tress.

I had booked 2 rooms costed $2000+ each room... But I couldn't believe that such a good brand & high end hotel but do not provide basic amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, sawing kit etc.. ridiculous.. Hotel claimed they are following their government law of going Green without wastage.. what kind of nonsense!!! I paid so much to stay at your hotel but u provided this nuts service!!! Crap!! When I stayed at Shilla Stay Samsung (which is under the same organisation), a week before, they did provide full amenities!!! This is unacceptable!!! 🤬 Will never want to stay at this hotel again... ! 😡

Beautiful hotel, great staffs, great facilities, near to public transport like bus/subway. It is very convenient to stay at shilla hotel. Although the room is not so big compared to other 5 stars hotel that i have stayed before. Staff is very professional, offering assistance and very alert to any of the guests request. Lobby is beautiful, they have sitting area, heater at the shuttle bus is very must helpful during winter. They provide free shuttle bus to tourist area. You can check at their concierge . There is a restaurant outside the hotel but you will have to walk around 1km if you dont want to eat in-house They have gym facilities but I didn’t get the chance to use it because of time limited but i did went for a walk at their garden. Overall I would recommend others to stay here.
