Hotel 5 bintang Seoul

Saya ingin menunjukkan kepada kanak-kanak kerana ia betul-betul di hadapan Istana Deoksoo di Myeongdong, pusat bandar Seoul. Saya pergi untuk membayar dan menikmati hocense hujung minggu. Daftar masuk hotel mengambil masa lebih kurang 2 jam kerana orang ramai. Saya akan bermain di kolam selama kira-kira sejam 50 minit. Saya telah bersarapan dengan lazat pada awal pagi dan bermain dengan sangat selesa. 200 doktor pulangan pro Kakitangan sangat mesra dan berpuas hati :)

Hotel ini dibina 3 tahun yang lalu? Ia adalah tempat yang baik, jadi bersih. berbuat baik Tetapi mungkin ini adalah hujung minggu, jadi terdapat terlalu banyak orang di kolam renang luaran atau dalaman, jadi lebih seperti rumah mandi daripada kolam renang Saya mempunyai bilik queen standard, tetapi adakah kerana bilik paling kecil? Saya tidak mempunyai jin ... Saya fikir ia akan kecil, tetapi saiz biliknya tidak seburuk yang saya sangka. Dan ketika saya membuat tempahan, saya meminta tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Tingkat 6 ... ... ... Pemandangannya tidak bagus, jadi saya sengaja menginginkannya di tingkat yang lebih tinggi ... Saya kecewa Sarapan pagi dibahagikan kepada tiga bahagian, dan ini adalah hujung minggu, jadi tidak mengapa, tetapi walaupun saya tepat waktu, saya tetap menunggu dan makan selama kira-kira 30 minit. Tetapi untuk hotel dengan kolam renang yang sangat bersih, harganya bagus. Sekiranya anda ingin pergi ke kolam renang, saya cadangkan pada hari kerja.

The location of the hotel is its main selling point. It is right where the action is. The employees are friendly, polite and very helpful. Service is premium. With the above, I would definitely recommend this place! My drawback is the breakfast offered. The choice and spread is very limited. It is better to go out and eat.

Senang mengetahui mengapa Shilla Hotel adalah hotel terbaik. Katil sangat selesa dan bilik mandi tidak terkini tetapi tidak selesa Sarapan pagi juga agak lazat. baik untuk penyembuhan

Service staff (Jayden Park) was very unfriendly and unhelpful , when we asked him to point out to us , the location of the bus stop which would lead us to the airport limousine bus (to Incheon airport). We were very lost as tourists and did not know Korean language at all, and the need to know the exact bus stop point (in order not to miss our flight) is of utmost importance . The counter staff Jayden Park also gave us a very unwelcoming and unfriendly look when we insisted for his help to show us the bus stop location (which he reluctantly did after our many attempts , which was a very stressful experience for me as a tourist), it made me feel insecure and an immense upset feeling , totally unexpected for a five star Pullman hotel standard. Please review your counter staff performance . Not recommended for tourists.

酒店其實有點老舊的。 一開始訂的最便宜的房間，如果看攜程展示是沒有大浴池在卧房內的，大概率就不要選擇了。 原因如下： 1。不在主樓，而是在spa building。 2.樓層低矮，光線不好。 3.早餐要到main building 去 ，雖然不遠。但是體驗感不好。 住了第一晚後，第二天換房，説是upgrade，前台給出的升級費用大約人民幣3000了。在這裏要大讚一下攜程的在線客服，直接溝通退了原房，重新定了好一點的套房。 畢竟，咱也不差這幾百上千的。體驗感差距很大！ 謝謝客服！

The hotel was clean and organized. The front desk was helpful and their were ladies that helped us to deliver our suitcases. I am not sure what their titles were but I just found that it was rather odd since most hotels in North America hired young men to do this. Kudos to the hotel for not type casting roles. The location was very good. The downstairs food court and restaurant was very tasty and clean. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I am ever in Korea again.

My first time at Le Méridien Seoul , new hotel , 6 months old , super clean , great rooms facilities , good buffet breakfast , maybe a bit under staffed during rush hours but staff were very nice . Superb lounge at the 15 floor with very friendly and helpful staff special thanks to Mrs Sharon Kim and Mrs Rachael Kim for there valued help for restaurants and tips for side seen and shopping , Will go back for sure next time I will in Seoul !

Stayed at the Lotte Executive Tower just after the holidays, in a Premier Double Room. Pros: - The entrance of the Executive Tower is absolutely beautiful. Same with the Main Tower. Elegant, refined, beautiful art work. The executive tower check-in desks are on the 15th floor. - Easy access by escalator directly into the Lotte Department Store (from where the escalator takes you to, hang a right to get to the famous food hall!) - Location can’t be beat. Directly across from Eujiro Station (1) and around the corner from Myeong-Dong Walking Street / Night Market and several 7-11s (which are almost as good as the 7-11s in Japan). - Our room was beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Very modern touches and upscale finishes. A chandelier in the bathroom?? - Immaculate housekeeping. - Excellent temperature and very strong water pressure in the shower! - Appreciate the 2 complimentary bottles of Evian every day. - Fast wifi speeds. Cons: - Love the Diptyque toiletries but wish they weren’t the communal / shared bottles. There were bits of dried lotion crusted on the pump from the previous occupant. - Weird that neither lobby had a single chair to sit on. What’s up with that? Comes off a bit inhospitable. This isn’t the type of place to attract non-guests / loiterers. A bench wouldn’t kill anyone! - For a 5* hotel and the price we’re paying, it’s disappointing that there is a surcharge should you need a toothbrush, toothpaste or use of the sauna (!!). They claim the charge for toothbrush and paste is to prevent wastage but surely you could just have these small items available upon request at the front desk? - The doormen’s manners range from formal and friendly (some) to indifferent (most) to downright hostile (many), especially if you are not a Korean speaker, as many don’t speak English. I’m not arrogant enough to think they should speak English in a non-English speaking country, but a smile is universal, you know? Would likely stay here again at the right price and given the location.

This hotel was fine for my needs. I was out of the hotel most of the day, so it was just a place to sleep. This was my first time to Seoul so I didn’t know what to expect. The hotel staff was really kind, spoke English well, and answered a lot of my questions, they gave a great recommendation for a very local breakfast restaurant nearby. It was clean, aside from some of the grouting in the shower and one of the coffee mugs in the room was not cleaned well. The towels need an upgrade. The bed isn’t super soft. The room itself almost felt like a private university dorm room. There’s a mini fridge, a kettle, and a place to hang some clothes. There is a coffee shop and bakery directly downstairs and the metro is right around the corner, so the location was incredibly convenient. Overall, I think it’s an average hotel suitable for a traveler on a budget if you’re not spending a lot of time in the hotel. The staff was great!
