Ia adalah tempat yang baik, jadi bersih. berbuat baik Tetapi mungkin ini adalah hujung minggu, jadi terdapat terlalu banyak orang di kolam renang luaran atau dalaman, jadi lebih seperti rumah mandi daripada kolam renang Saya mempunyai bilik queen standard, tetapi adakah kerana bilik paling kecil? Saya tidak mempunyai jin ... Saya fikir ia akan kecil, tetapi saiz biliknya tidak seburuk yang saya sangka. Dan ketika saya membuat tempahan, saya meminta tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Tingkat 6 ... ... ... Pemandangannya tidak bagus, jadi saya sengaja menginginkannya di tingkat yang lebih tinggi ... Saya kecewa Sarapan pagi dibahagikan kepada tiga bahagian, dan ini adalah hujung minggu, jadi tidak mengapa, tetapi walaupun saya tepat waktu, saya tetap menunggu dan makan selama kira-kira 30 minit. Tetapi untuk hotel dengan kolam renang yang sangat bersih, harganya bagus. Sekiranya anda ingin pergi ke kolam renang, saya cadangkan pada hari kerja.

Location 5 stars, access dongdaemun metrol stn from hotel B1 / LL. Many places to shop nearby. Clean and spacious room. Hotel is bless with many good staff that speak good english, attentive and helpful! Only complaint is I am given a room that face the wall of next building. Advise to request for room with at least a view of the city.

Wonderful service, great staff, cozy rooms, warm atmosphere with the festivities from the holiday season. Thanks always for such welcoming staff that immediately brings smile and joy as soon as you walk into the hotel and at the check in desk. The hotel is under construction so there will be noise from 8:30 am until 4 - 4:30pm. Best breakfast buffet in Seoul. Great happy hour. Amazing view from the lounge. Spacious and clean rooms.

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly, polite and helpful, they really make you feel like home at the hotel. The housekeeping attendant is meticulous, with high attention to details in her work and keep the room clean to the highest standard, never seen this in any of the other top rated hotels. Important to mention that both current and past Chinese leaders stayed in this establishment during their various visits to Korea. The services in this hotel are just top of the class.

Stayed at the Lotte Executive Tower just after the holidays, in a Premier Double Room. Pros: - The entrance of the Executive Tower is absolutely beautiful. Same with the Main Tower. Elegant, refined, beautiful art work. The executive tower check-in desks are on the 15th floor. - Easy access by escalator directly into the Lotte Department Store (from where the escalator takes you to, hang a right to get to the famous food hall!) - Location can’t be beat. Directly across from Eujiro Station (1) and around the corner from Myeong-Dong Walking Street / Night Market and several 7-11s (which are almost as good as the 7-11s in Japan). - Our room was beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Very modern touches and upscale finishes. A chandelier in the bathroom?? - Immaculate housekeeping. - Excellent temperature and very strong water pressure in the shower! - Appreciate the 2 complimentary bottles of Evian every day. - Fast wifi speeds. Cons: - Love the Diptyque toiletries but wish they weren’t the communal / shared bottles. There were bits of dried lotion crusted on the pump from the previous occupant. - Weird that neither lobby had a single chair to sit on. What’s up with that? Comes off a bit inhospitable. This isn’t the type of place to attract non-guests / loiterers. A bench wouldn’t kill anyone! - For a 5* hotel and the price we’re paying, it’s disappointing that there is a surcharge should you need a toothbrush, toothpaste or use of the sauna (!!). They claim the charge for toothbrush and paste is to prevent wastage but surely you could just have these small items available upon request at the front desk? - The doormen’s manners range from formal and friendly (some) to indifferent (most) to downright hostile (many), especially if you are not a Korean speaker, as many don’t speak English. I’m not arrogant enough to think they should speak English in a non-English speaking country, but a smile is universal, you know? Would likely stay here again at the right price and given the location.

The hotel was clean and organized. The front desk was helpful and their were ladies that helped us to deliver our suitcases. I am not sure what their titles were but I just found that it was rather odd since most hotels in North America hired young men to do this. Kudos to the hotel for not type casting roles. The location was very good. The downstairs food court and restaurant was very tasty and clean. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I am ever in Korea again.

The hotel is very well located in Dongdaemun with the building connected to Hyundai outlet malls and doota. Everything is within walking distance for night shopping and also DDP which is the new culture park. Right out of the doorstep there is a food street and many restaurants. Room is clean with a functioning AC. The size of the room is relatively good for this class of hotel, providing ample space for 2 large suitcases. There is everything you need in the room. The TV channels are international as well covering all languages. I would bring own slippers as they only provide reusable rubber ones and you would need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they do not provide it. There is a 24hr CU mart inside the hotel which is like a local 7-11. There is also a GoKart experience in the hotel on the 14/f which is kinda fun for a group of friends. Transportation routes are easy and all the taxi drivers seem to know of this hotel. I would recommend staying here for those that are roaming the Dongdaemun and it’s surrounding areas.

The hotel location is perfect and it is right infront of the lift exit 4 from DDP train station. It has airport bus stop right in front of the hotel to Incheon Airport. It may take 2 hours traveling time to airport because the bus will drop by many places around Seoul before heading to airport. The room is spacious and clean.

It's a good hotel on a budget. Has a very homely breakfast and water dispenser to fill up your bottles with ice and water. Also has robes to use as pyjamas. Very no frills. Don't expect service from the staff. We expected to be able to check in earlier when we reached if the room was available. We reached only about 15mins to our check in time but were told to wait at the lobby till 1600. I am not sure what the fixation is about for the check in time. If the room is available, then let the guest have it. First time we have experienced this in any country.

Service was inconsistent - sometimes the staff were really nice and friendly and other times they were plain rude and disrespectful to you. When I first entered my room the smell took me aback. It smelled like a mix of sweat and wet socks. The sheets were crumpled and weren’t super clean either. The bathtub had yellow stains which threw me off as I was looking forward to a midnight soak. Basic amenities were given, which was great. The housekeeping ladies were really sweet as well. It’s a 5 minute walking distance to the train station so location was not so bad. Sadly I don’t think I’d book again as it was not that worth for the price.

Pada dasarnya bilik itu sangat bersih. Ia mempunyai penyejukan pusat, tetapi suhu yang tepat. Air pancuran keluar dengan baik. Tab mandi juga bagus. Sekiranya anda pergi ke restoran di sebelah kaunter, anda boleh meminjamnya, tetapi alangkah baiknya jika gelas wain di bilik ditetapkan sebagai standard. Sangat mengecewakan kerana tidak ada microwave.

前台有一個會講中文的小帥哥，所以下午辦理入住的時候很絲滑，人也特別熱情，在此致謝一下！酒店設備也比較齊全，入住時會發一張表，上面注意的事情説的很明白，每天出去玩回來的時候都會捎幾瓶水上來，前台也都會很熱情，晚上去樓頂看了夜景。健身房和洗衣處沒啥人，但也挺乾淨的，可以暫存行李，房間裏有拖鞋，毛巾，浴巾，衣架，吹風機，沐浴露，洗髮水，需自帶牙刷牙膏。房間不大，但是住的比較舒心，離廣藏市場很近，東大門，明洞也基本步行就可以了。房間是退費時拍的。

저렴한가격에 아침식사도 줘요. 처음 골목 안쪽이라 약간은 이상했는데, 밝은 조명과 깨끗한 골목입니다. 도착해서.처음 맞아주는 카운터 직원은 매우 친절합니다. 체크인은 3시 부터라 짐을 맞기고 외출했다왔는데 잘보관되어 있었고 체크인 준비를 미리 해놓아 좋았습니다. 옥상에서 모닝커피와 토스트 간단하게 아침식사 할수있어 좋았습니다. 물론 무료입니다. 각자 본인이 마실 물은 준비해 가셔야합니다. 방에 음료가 준비되어있지않고 작은 냉장고만있습니다. . 냉장고안에 물을 보관하고 드신면 됩니다. 지하철역 종로 5가역에서 4번출구로 나오시면 5분거리이며, 광장시장이 걸어서 10분거리에 있어좋고, 동대문 시장까지 걸어서 약 10분 거리에 있습니다. 10분거리에 청개천공원에서 맑은물에 발담고 여유를졸겨보세요. 교통편리하고, 청결하고, 친절한 숙소였습니다.

Room was quite small. Make sure you're very comfortable with whomever you're sharing the room with because the shower and toilet are in frosted glass stalls with minimal ventilation. You can see peoples' silhouettes quite clearly through the glass. The toilet paper also felt cheap and thin. The carpet was stained so we definitely didn't walk around without slippers on (provided in the room). My suitcase fit perfectly under the bed which made it easier to navigate the room. There is a fridge and one complimentary bottled water. No full-length mirror. They provide luggage storage if you arrive earlier than check-in. The rooftop garden on the 21st floor was very lovely, and we had late night chicken and drinks up there. No conditioner, toothbrush, or toothpaste (available for purchase in the lobby). There was a luggage scale on the first floor by the elevators which was convenient because I ended up having to repack my bags after checking the weight (which is definitely preferable to doing it at the airport!). The staff were friendly and provided extra towels upon request.

Right where all the action of Myeong-dong street market is! Staff were helpful. Able to store luggage at the lobby before check-in and after check out. Toilets are equipped with smart bidet (yay! with seat warmer!!!! so nice in cold weather). Room is clean, though looked a lil rundown, but still acceptable, given that we were mostly out. Halal food available at the street market too (The halal lamb skewer was the best I've had)! The strawberries, grapes that tasted like sweet jellly, (its a no wonder SG markets sells them soo expensive!) On weekdays, street market starts at 5pm, on weekend, it starts by afternoon. Apart from street markets, Lotte store is within walking distance for those who wishes to spend on the higher end products. Not to forget, Olive Young is all the rage there, especially during their sale for that Korean glass skincare! Managed to snag some Kpop items for kids back home. The light sticks were way cheaper than in Singapore, and there were so many merch and photocards available. Even the lomo cards are nice! The airport transfer bus is within walking distance from the hotel. The bus will stop at a few hotels within the area to pick up passengers heading along the way or towards airport. We took the airport transfer bus on a weekend to Incheon Airport Terminal 1. It cost 17000 won/per pax. Journey took nearly 2hrs, considering the weekend traffic at noon. Can't wait to visit again!

Pro : it locates conveniently. Just takes 2 minutes from line 5 Euljiro 4-ga station exit 4. room is clean and provides the basic facility. one thing to note there are 2 entrances in this building, in front of main street and being at narrow road behind of building. The elevator/lift to ground floor sets the behind of building. people have to go one level up to get elevator/ lift when entering in front of main street. it suggests entering from the narrow road when carrying lots of things or heavy stuff. Con : room window has blocked which is dangerous if there is a fire.

Pros: -Located very near Euljiro-4-ga station, exit 4, near Gwangjang market and has a very nice view of the Cheonggye stream. One can basically have morning or evening walks along the stream. -Room is quite big for a single room and for the price. Surprised with the amenities provided which include a hair dryer, TV with Youtube, Netflix, etc., clothes rack, lint remover, washer with laundry soap, hot plate oven and cookingware, ref, etc. It's almost a studio apartment for rent -Plenty of towels provided Cons: - No elevator so not advisable for those carrying very heave luggage especially the manager is not around -Pillow is a a bit small

Too much cold and front man attitude is really bad If you wanna go this hotel? Plz try one more think. And front man's manner is really bad I didn't reserve at web and app didn't show enter time But enter clock is 6pm other app or web so we can enter at 6pm but they said if you enter, more pay.... I wanna more towel, but they said more pay... And i said ”our room is a little cold..” They said ”So..??” That's it...Is it manner? Is it hotel?? Really awful this time.. 너무 냉정하고 앞사람의 태도는 정말 거지같다. 만약 당신이 이 호텔에 가고 싶다면? 한 번 더 생각해 보세요. 그리고 프론트맨 매너는 정말 거지같다. 웹에서 예약하지 않았고 앱에서 입실 시간이 표시되지 않았다. 하지만 입실시간가 오후 6시라서 다른 앱이나 웹에서 오후 6시에 들어갈 수 있는데 들어오면 돈을 더 달라고 하네요. 수건을 더 갖고 싶은데 돈을 달래요... 그리고 제가 ”우리 방이 좀 추워요.” 그들이 말하길 ”그래서..?”?” 그게 다야...매너인가요? 호텔인가요? 이번엔 정말 끔찍해요
