Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Sepilok

We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! The standard rooms are on the basic side, however for the money we paid we felt this was more than adequate (Considering you are in the middle of the jungle). The staff and the food were amazing and you’re well fed with the free breakfast! Actually very surprised at the previous reviews on here as the staff went above and beyond to cater to us and seemed really interested in our travel plans etc. Nothing was ever a bother for them and they seemed to really like their jobs from our point of view. We did make an effort to speak to all the staff (human decency), which in turn they were always super welcoming to us! The closeness to the attractions you want to see in Sepilok is the main bonus, with the orangutans and the sun bears being within a 10 minute walk. We spoke to some other travellers who weren’t staying here but came for lunch and they said how they highly regretted not booking here as theirs was practically derelict. The pool area is great for a cool down and very refreshing and the wildlife we seen around the resort alone was amazing. We 100% would come back and would definitely recommend!

Bilik - 9/10 (bersih & selesa tetapi tidak mempunyai peti sejuk) Kakitangan - 5/10 (tidak mesra) Sarapan - 9/10 (muffin coklat sangat sedap) Persekitaran - 10/10 (berdekatan bandar & banyak kedai) ulang? Ya saya akan ulang lagi! Bagi saya ia adalah hotel terbaik di Sandakan!

Keadaan hotel cantik dan bersih,persekitaran juga cantik, cuma kalau boleh waktu tetamu daftar masuk, boleh dijelaskan bahawa tidak boleh merokok dlm bilik, sebab saya kena bayar rm150, sebab tidak perasan bahwah dilarang merokok dlm bilik!

Nilai untuk wang, hotel yang disyorkan, restoran berdekatan, pub, urutan disediakan

kalau boleh cuci bantal tu sekali sekala, terlampau banyak bekas tumpukkan pada bantal, lain2 so far sangat memuaskan buat saya

Отель находится в джунглях со всеми вытекающими отсюда приятными и неприятными моментами. Из приятного: непосредственная близость к Центрам реабилитации орангутанов и солнечных медведей, а также к Центру изучения дождевых лесов. 5-15 минут ходьбы. Прекрасная, почти нетронутая человеком природа вокруг. Территория отеля ухоженная и приятная. Номера хорошие с просторными санузлами. Есть кондиционер, который вполне сносно работает. Из плохого: невкусная однообразная еда ( альтернативы нет, мы в джунглях) завтраки съедобные, но не более, плохо обученный персонал в кафе, еле теплая вода в душе по утрам (голову помыть не решилась), отсутствие в номере щеток, расчесок, фена и т.д. Однако, все это простительно, объяснимо, и я бы не стала бы об этом писать, если бы не «вишенка на торте»: просто отвратительные подушки. Кусок высокого плотного поролона, от которого через минуту затекает шея. Уснуть на такой - задача не из простых. Условиями джунглей это издевательство над посетителями объяснить сложно.

Dalam 5,sya bgi 4star lah,tempat bersih dri lobby smpai kebilik, kemudahan dlm bilik lengkap cuma satu sahaja yg x best ialah bilik yg kita tempah mlalui on9 xada tandas, tandas untk mndi dn buang air brada di luar bilik maksudnya berkongsi tndas lah.ini kali prtama kali nmpak blik htl tandas di luar.ada Reception yg x mesra alam,paling x suka klau reception layan cstmer muka kusam x berseri Sbab snyum x, muka nmpak sangat malas mau layan cstmer xtau lah x faham aku. Yg aku tau masa tu muka dia memang kusam xada seri ,aku tngok sebiji hntu kak limah.tpi bkn smua mcm tu sbb esoknya chekout reception dia sda tukar lemah lmbut suara ada lesung pipit, jdi terserlah serinya di situ..ok bye!

We stay for 2nights. 1st we got the room with electrical problem, as I request, they able to change another room for me. Lobby was clean. I got the ground floor room right beside the road. The room can hear sound of vehicle pass by, if unfortunately you get the people playing their motorbike then no choice. Nice location, right in IJM. Alot of food and drinks nearby. The room not so clean but acceptable.

Perkhidmatan ok' Sangat berpuas hati dengan layanan baik, kebersihan pun bagus.. kami sekeluarga sangat selesa dan bilik pun luas untuk menginap di hotel ini.

Отель отличный рядом с питомником орангутангов, радужных медведей и rainforest, территория отеля очень красивая, бассейн небольшой, жили в домике Который с одной стороны очень аутентичный с другой современный. Когда выезжали из отеля не смогли вызвать грэб такси, пришлось воспользоваться услугами ресепшина. Не рекомендую брать экскурсию на 3 дня 2 ночи в Сукау, увидеть только носочей и крокодилов и различных птиц, на одну ночь самое оптимальное. Лучше посвятите больше дней Сепилоку, там сможете увидеть всех птиц и животных
