The highight of the hotel is the kids's pool. Totally worth it. The room that I was booked was very spacious & the breakfast also good.

Stay one night with my family. My child was very happy stay with here , swimming pool is large and clean also.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit

The environment is great and suitable for families with children. However, it's about a 10-minute walk to IOI City Mall, which can be a bit sunny. The shuttle bus only comes once an hour. The kids' water facilities are perfect for families with children.

We chose to stay at Putrajaya Marriot as we had a splendid experience last year. However this year we were disappointed when we found a letter informing about the kids water play has been partially closed. Hence we plan to schedule our swim day on 1st Dec before checkout. And guess what, we were given another rude shock when we found out the whole waterplay area will be closed 1-4december. We only know about the closure upon reaching the swimming pool site. We were not informed of the upgrading works prior to our arrival even though hotel send us a welcoming email in mid Nov. We made a booking on trip.com very early and we could’ve picked another hotel to stay if we knew about the upgrading works. Another issue that cropped up was that the hotel was fully booked due to corporate event. During one of the morning breakfast time, we came down quite early but it was quite packed due to the attendees from an institution. The crowd management was terrible and many of the hotel guests/ tourist who were queuing behind us, found a way to sneak in and find their own table in the zest restaurant. We followed the procedure patiently, only to be given a seating furthest away from zest restaurant - at lounge, sandwiched together with the corporate event attendees. With two young kids in tow, we declined the seats and requested for somewhere in the restaurant as we were worried for our kids safety if we were to leave them unattended in the sea of people. But the manager declined citing the tables inside for others. Meanwhile, queue cutters just went in and get their own seating ☹️

Good : The executive lounge hours was between 2-4pm which they offered sandwiches but we missed it and dinner from 6-8pm. We didnt expect so many choices for dinner which was super worth it. With cocktails and beer too. Make sure you wear smart casual to go in. Breakfast at zest restaurant was also good with more choices than most hotels I stayed before. Service was fast when I requested for extra towels. Not so good : Children waterpool area was under maintenance for one part but the letter was quite misleading saying children pool area is closed until I called to clarify further. Pool towels not allowed to bring up to hotel room. They also forgot about my kids birthday celebration deco request. That said, we still enjoyed our stay and would come back again for the executive lounge. 😂

am extremely disappointed with the unacceptable conditions I experienced. The water quality was shockingly poor — it came out dark yellow, which is completely unhygienic and unsafe. Furthermore, due to the public holiday, both the restaurant service and the shuttle van arrangements were handled in an appallingly disorganised manner. The lack of proper planning and management caused me significant inconvenience. This level of service is entirely below standard.
