Zafiro Palace Andratx

Theres something special about this hotel, and it keeps you coming back. Weve visited twice in the last year, and we look forward to returning again soon. The staff are awesome, attentive, friendly. The food is really nice. The buffet is wonderful at breakfast and some of the deserts at the a la carte restaurants are just ravishing. The hotel is very well taken care of and is very CLEAN :))).

We love Zafiro Andtrax... relaxation, quiet and so clean. Fabulous breakfast, lunch and poolside food. Poolside drinks and food delivered to your sun lounger ! Bedrooms are of high standard and decor is lovely. Staff are so friendly and the hotel is kept very clean and tidy. We love returning here and mostly same staff which shows they love it too. Good gym facilities and spa. Mopeds available to travel around the area. Andtrax is very small and not much to do but Port Andtrax is just a small taxi ride away and is beautiful with restaurants ice creams boutiques and epic views and sun sets. Short distance like 25mins bus/taxi into Palma for city shopping. Golf course right beside hotel. Healthy trucks at pool areas also serve top quality smoothies and yoghurt bowls and crepes which are all delicious and healthy ! Def a fav hotel of ours which we keep revisiting ....

This was one of the best weeks holiday we have ever had. Food, drink, staff and overall experience! This hotel had it all and every need was catered for. Would love to go back again. 5 stars all round!

Stayed in a suite with private pool. Nice and spacious and well maintained by the daily housekeeping. The deal included Zafiro Club services , the highlight of which was personal concierge service - provided by Julie who was excellent throughout and always available when needed.. A disappointment of the Zafiro Club service was the romantic meal for 2 - one of us is plant based and the other doesn't eat meat - we weren't asked about dietary restrictions so incorrectly assumed there would be a choice - it was a fixed 6 course menu of which 5 courses included meat or fish. We did get a couple of veggie replacement dishes but the occasion fell flat with other tables being served food while we were left with empty plates. The drinks accompanying the food were very good and the setting for the meal was lovely. A complimentary meal in one of the restaurants as an alternative could be offered if the menu is to remain as a set fishmeat offering. We were on the bed and breakfast deal and The breakfast buffet offering was superb - so much choice and The food was fresh and well presented. We were considering taking all-inclusive for a period of our stay but The drinks offering regarding beer was very limited - all The beers offered are lager - no options for Ale and Stout drinkers, so we stick with bed and breakfast. The hotel is well situated, quite a steep 10 minute walk back up hilll which was not a .problem for us but might be for others. Bus stop for various places around the island is just 10 mins walk away also , with a good reliable service. The customer service provided by the staff all around the hotel is top-notch - always helpful and cheerful! Overall highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Zafiro Palace! Great spacious area and a luxury feeling although having all-inclusive. Very nice location and beautifully decorated. Food was very good in nearly all restaurants, even the buffet.

The room we booked was exceptional, very well maintained and had a jacuzzi bath which we used every day. The beds were really comfortable and pillows very soft, room made and cleaned every day and even a turn down service. The restaurants and food was very good , overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Zafiro and will definitely return again.

My husband and I have just spent a lovely week at this hotel. It’s quite unique with 9 blocks on different levels and at first I must admit with being in our late 70’s we kept getting lost that was until we sussed out the lift system which was ultra efficient. Each night we dined we felt we were in a Mitchelin starred restaurant, the food is amazing. A few weeks before we came away we decided to change our booking to all inclusive we are so glad we did we were quids in…a 5* star hotel of this calibre has 5 star prices. The staff very friendly, everything pristine, beautiful backdrop…a true gem.

Excellent, relaxing holiday, with friendly staff, delicious restaurants, all set in beautiful scenery.

Excellent holiday in general , couple of small issues ,, the bathroom could do with being more discreet may be put a door on it , not ideal haveing a child running about, seeing what your doing on the toilet , the pull out bed was uncomfortable, only these two small issues in general a fantastic week was had , the food was amazing, the choice was more than we could ask for ,
