Hotel 3 Bintang di Serris

The good is location, near Disneyland, frequent free shuttle but not right infront of the hotel so I missed my stop and had to walk 1km back to the hotel. hotel room feels very dark, dark floor dark furniture. Toilet has many insects , silverfish. Very old hotel. Wallpaper tearing. Toilet ceiling fixed by a piece of wood. I stayed mid Dec, central heating is poor. The room is very cold which is unacceptable for me. Thankfully I stayed only 1 night. I also stayed at Staycity which is so much better. Except it’s further from Disney but has free shuttle to and from hotel and Disney. Will not recommend aparthotel adagio Serris.

This Aparthotel is not too bad, location is good for shopping in the outlet shopping mall ( La Vallée Village Paris ). But the carpet on the floor of the room is quite dirty, the hotel should change this point; during staying two nights there, I had nasal allergies. The reception service is very slow, for checking-in around 22:00 we were waiting almost 30 minutes.

The best feature of the aparthotel is the lovely staff and its location - it’s walking distance to Disney, it’s right beside the Val d’Europe mall which is also next door to La Vallée Village shopping outlet and the Val d’Europe rail station for the RER A train straight to CDG airport and Paris. The downside is that we had no airconditioning or fans on possibly the hottest week in France but for the price (which is well less than half if you booked a Disney partner hotel!) it was worth it - the bedroom and the lounge (with the comfy and easy pull-out sofa bed) both had double doors that opens up so we were still able to let some cool air in. All basic stuff we need were there like dinnerware, cutlery, pots/pans, kettle, fridge and induction hob. Our room also had a large balcony with table and chairs and so we were able to have dinner outside some evenings. Overall great value for money and we will use again.

Excellent Hotel. It's on the RER A subway line Val d'Europe stop, it's right near the station. Nearby are a delicious bubble tea shop and a Korean restaurant. Also a big shopping mall and even an outlet mall. The rooms are clean, good size, big comfortable beds. Most hotel rooms in Paris are tiny (we know from experience). The curtains block all the light. Front desk service was polite and relatively efficient. We saw the good reviews and we were skeptical, but we really had no problems with this hotel. The price is good. But to go to the city centre by RER took us around half an hour, not very close. And the subway tickets line can be long!

В отеле Есть бесплатный бассейн работает от 8:00 до 20:00, мини тренированный зал, завтрак около 9€( который не рекомендую брать. Там практически ничего нет). Комнаты просторные, чистота не очень по всюду черные волосы и пыль, нет кондиционера и окно в спальне не открывалось. Подушки очень не удобные. Есть мини кухня, холодильник, микровалновка, посуда и прочие. Полотенца, шампунь, мыло, гель для душа, фен для волос. 8 мин до станции метро пешком одна остановка до Диснейленда билет для взрослого 2€ ребенку примерно 1€.

I booked this hotel when it had all 5* reviews - and was then worried, one day before my stay, to see that several negative reviews had been left more recently. However, I needn’t have worried! I admittedly have very high standards and the hotel and staff exceeded my expectations. It’s a new hotel and the standards and cleanliness reflect that. The decor is modern and ‘urban’, exactly as shown in the photos, so there should be no surprises from previous guests on that front! The bar and restaurant looked fantastic, although we didn’t use these facilities. Rooms were equipped with everything you could need, I especially liked the water machines in the lobby for complimentary still or sparkling water. My only slight negative feedback would be that, as a Disney partner hotel, it would be nice if the shuttle service ran more frequently during the day. Even one return service per hour from 11am - 7pm would be better, but when we did use the shuttle in the morning and evening, it ran perfectly on time and was quick and comfortable. Overall I loved my stay here and thought it was brilliant value for money. I won’t hesitate in staying again for my next Disney holiday!
