À fuir! Pas de serviette. Il vous font payer un pseudo surclassement alors que votre reservation est une chambre affaire il vous surclassé en exécutif . Alors affaire = exécutif Attention ce sont des arnaques Propreté laisse à désirés Loin des standards all… Sont seul point fort est l’emplacement

Personnels indifférents désagréables Scotché à son téléphone en permanence arrogant, impossible de lui poser une question, le petit déjeuner étais de lavant lavant veille pas de culière j’ai mangé un yaourt avec une fourchette !!! Il y avait un client qui lui été encore bien plus énervé que moi vraiment minable !!! Pas étiquette non plus !!! Les croissants durent 😡

Sehr schönes Hotel in Setif. Novotels gleichen sich fast in jeder Stadt. Zimmer sind sauber und man findet alles, was man braucht. Mitarbeiter/innen der Rezeption und das Personal sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist gut und es gibt für jeden was.

It might be strange to rate this Novotel as poor and 2* after rating Novotel Tunis as 5* and amazing stay, but I was really disappointed with the quality of the room and service. First the night reception guy, who wasn’t there and kept me waiting for 5 minutes probably, was complaining about another guest to me at 4am after I had a long trip and all I wanted is a room and to sleep. When I got to the room it was smelling like cigarettes, but I was too tired to go down and ask to change. In the morning, I found hair on my bed, the sink was blocked and I found hair in the breakfast. It was extremely poor service. Probably the only good thing was the way the reception lady received my concern and directed to the manager who came right away and wanted to investigate, calling the staff to check the reason and apologized personally for the service. Just dear staff a comment, there is no need to speak in French with a fellow Algerian, like all Algerians in Algeria so please speak the local language, if you don’t know or want to speak Arabic, use English, the official international language. I speak five languages but I really like to speak my mother tongue when I visit my country.

Mr Sid-Ali BENMALEK Nous avons passé une agréable nuit dans cet hôtel. Un personnel très accueillant et aimable au petit soin des clients, l'accueil plus que parfait des deux réceptionniste Monsieur Louafi Abdelwaheb et Mademoiselle Bouadam fatima, un grand merci pour votre aide et surtout votre sourire. Emplacement très bien situé pas loin du centre ! Petit déjeuner varié et complet, j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir.

I booked at the Novotel Hotel in Setif, Algeria on May 27th 2023 for 5 nights. I am a platinum level member with Accor- which means I stay a lot with Accor. Most hotels have issues but this this Novotel has huge issues: 1. They lie. They put me in an executive room when they told me that they upgraded me to a Junior Suite. Also I asked for sleepers but they said they don’t have those in this hotel. When I complained on my last day about other issues, slippers miraculously appeared in my room. 2. They give only one Towel, one coffee per night no matter what you request or beg. 3. Only one lemonade per stay. 4. The bath robe was brought on the first day then taken away again. 4. You cannot talk to management before 10 am, because they don’t show up until them or perhaps the staff is too scared to tell them. 5. Whatever you ask for ( eg a good coffee), they make sure that you can pay for it before they bring anything. I asked for a little salt and it was given to me in an aluminium paper instead of a normal salt container ( because it was after 10.30 pm). Very strange behavior. 6. All staff seem to be scared and take no initiatives 7. All management is absent. I am still shocked from my stay at this hotel. The senior Manager ( who was sent from France) should be fired first. New manager should bring new management team and new staff. From there I stayed at the Sofitel Arc de Triomphe. Amazing hotel and amazing staff. Perhaps new management at Novotel should be sent there first to learn how to deal with customers, especially loyal customers. I will never stay at any accor hotel again in Setif. It is a disgrace to the accor brand.

Once again please accept our sincerest apologies. Then, regarding the upgrade, our front office team granted you an Executive room because the Junior Suite was not available, please note that the upgrading is always offred depending availability. Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. I hope you haven't lost the trust you've shown in our organization and you will give us an opportunity to serve you better in the future Kind regards

The restaurant staff is very attentive, a special thanks to Islam, whos was always available to help. The reception staff is also very attentive and kind, give us a good help with taxis. The lovation is very good, near the city center.

Best hotel in city and best service. It feels like my second home away from home. Rooms are cosy. Food is delocious. And internet is fine. I feel comfort and peacefull. And my special thanks to the maitre d' Daoudi Fouad. Thanks for excelent service.

With a group of 14 friends, I visited the Archaeological Museum in Setif, Algeria, where we found ourselves stranded and famished because of Ramadan. We crossed the road to the Novotel where the staff could not have been more welcoming and obliging. In their comfortable lounge, at 3.30 pm, we were served delicious pizzas, hamburgers and excellent chips, fruit and drinks. A saving grace for which we were most grateful.
