Very nice hotel and staff, they are all helpful and nothing is too much. It was the cleanest hotel thus far that we stayed in. Very nice and clean beds, we slept in them like at home. The food in the hotel gets 10 points from us it was very complete, you could get almost everything

Good clean comfortable hotel. We went during peak hot season, the air-conditioning in the room was perfect. Breakfast is simple and nice. May be it was not very busy at this time, but they allowed to stay in the room 2 hours beyond the scheduled check-out time. Overall very happy experience in the hotel for 3 nights. Only a very small observation is the location of the hotel is around 5 km away from the Seville main historic centre.

Sebaik sahaja anda tiba di hotel, ia akan meninggalkan kesan buruk. Apartment confortable, you have everything you need to spend some days. Bed very confortable, apartment very clean. Only some points to be better: for me there are too much light, the curtains are not suitable, i couldnt sleep well for this reason. Another point, you can handle the temperature. I had a problem and I called to the telephone number (It was 7pm) they gave to me (bacause there were nobody at recepción) and nobody answered, so i couldn't be attended.

We normally stay in airbnbs but due to circumstances we decided to stay in an hotel. It was a good decision. The positives were the friendly service, the comfortable room and the ease of booking. The negative was the length of the walk to the city centre attractions. We arrived late and the receptionist showed us how to get to an area with some good tapas restaurants. They were very helpful in looking after our luggage and sorting out a taxi late in the evening before our flight home. The breakfasts are all you can eat buffets, but not the sort of breakfast I prefer. Lots of sugary things on offer, others may like this. A good comfortable stay.

This hotel is magical. It's in the perfect location in Seville. The modest entrance does not prepare you for the beauty inside. From the tile in the lobby, to the antiques and exquisite metal work. The courtyard is about as peaceful as you will find. We stayed in a family suite for two nights. The main bedroom had pocket doors that closed. A perfect way for a family of 3 to stay. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Mariam at the front desk was so very helpful. She explained the area and events with perfect English. We were there for the Holy Week and the processions were simply breathtaking to watch. We highly recommend this hotel and this stunning city.
