Bien ubicado. La puerta del hotel es pequeña, ofrecen checking automático pero si reservas en trip no llega a tu correo. En la ducha estaban los envases de la ducha del anterior cliente. Mal olor a tuberías.

Situato bene, pulito e comodo per muoversi, vicino al supermercato e negozi

A la ducha se le salía agua. Cuando nos fuimos a duchar por la mañana antes de irnos, salía el agua fría. Contactamos por whatsapp con la supuesta ‘recepcionista’ , ya que no hay ni una recepcionista presencial, es por whatsapp. Nos dijo que solucionaría el problema, pero al ver el resto de comentarios está claro que eso le dice a todos. Nos fuimos del hotel habiéndonos duchado con agua fría, porque no quedaba de otra. Las camas de muelle, te movías para darte la vuelta y sonaba en todo el hotel. Un auténtico desastre. Lo único bueno, la ubicación, es céntrico. Pero ni para descansar por la noche vale. No repetiremos.

Sin nadie en recepción. Todo mediante códigos. Se echa de menos alguien que pueda ayudarte en alguna duda o problema. La habitación que nos ha tocado es interior y muy pequeña. Las camas juntas no pueden separarse debido a la estrechez de la habitación.

La ubicación está genial, el servicio está bien lo que pasa que no hay nadie físico para resolver tus dudas, tienes que estar llamando a un telefonillo, eso si, te contestan muy rápido y genial, la limpieza “bien” si no fuese que había un envoltorio del gel en el plato de ducha. Por todo lo demás bien.

Brilliant location, clean and well run. No reception or bar but outside the front door is a bar / restaurant. Electronic key entry work well. Turn left and your 15 mins from the cathedral and turn right and your 5 mins from all the restaurants.

Good clean hotel in a great location I think Seville is a brilliant city youtube Review worth watching @realspain. All of these places are within easy walking distance... and only a 10 minute walk from the Plaza de Armas bus station for the €5 bus ride to the airport

We stayed for 3 nights and wished we had stayed somewhere else! We had a room that felt that you were in a basement with no window but a small patio door which lead into a very small courtyard with no view at all apart from other windows and another door! The room was very dated and smelt of sewage all the time! It felt like you were in a dungeon. The photos on the website are very misleading as we thought we had a room with a window looking out over the street. The beds were very uncomfortable and my husband ended up with bed bites. We heard chairs dragging most of the night and music always used to start and 11.45 for about 45 mins whilst they were clearing up in the bar next door. Reception is not great with checking in only online and constant emails to ask you to check in when you already had. The smell through the whole hotel on the last day was awful, we never had the breakfast that was served in the basement but I think the smell would put you off! Seville is lovely but do not stay here!

The hotel is right in the centre of most attractions lovely walking around Old and New Town. beautiful stay could do with a little make over in the rooms looking very tired but was out most of the day exploring so much to do in seville you won't be bored we stayed 5 nites could of do another every corner something different, staff very helpful but a gem of a hotel for staying will stay again thanks for having us ❤

This is small boutique hotel and there no one at the front desk. Shower kit and clean towel provided. My room is in a decent size with balcony, but my friend’s room is boxed by walls without window. Air conditioning is great.
