Very nice hotel, rooms are wonderful and well prepared. Lots of small attentions from the staff and useful advices! Pablo (chief concierge) provides us a lot of help too. Location of the hotel is ideal ! I recommend this hotel for visiting the city by walking!

My husband and I stayed in this boutique hotel and couldn’t wait to write this complementary review. This hotel is breathtaking. The rooms had all the modern amenities one could expect. Spotless and clean. Best shower ever! The welcome treats and little surprises every time we came back to our room provided a personal touch. Beverages in the fridge were complimentary, coffee superb, and quick room service. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to speak with. Good ol Spanish charm. We especially loved Annabelle. She made our departure as pleasant as our arrival. We would highly recommend choosing The Mercer. They have it figured out.

Excellent location. Well designed suites. First rate suites. The concierge service was extremely helpful. Restaurant is good quality but only ope Thursday / Friday and Saturday for dinner. Hotel does provide access to a gym at a sister hotel 7 mins walk away. Be great if the hotel could find a way to include a gym at this premises.

I can't remember when I have had such incredible concierge service . The staff was willing to help us in any way possible from planning our itenerary for Morocco to bringing my mother an ice bath for her weary feet. Top notch service. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings , fine linens and gorgeous bathrooms . We had 2 suites and were so happy to come back to esquisite rooms after touring beautiful Seville and surrounding cities. We were blown away at how much we loved this hotel ! A must in Seville

Excellent hotel, the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and ready to provide suggestions. The breakfast was also of high quality. Housekeeping was noteworthy, the staff was refilling amenities constantly and the room was very tidy.

From the welcome to the departure we were made to feel very special indeed. All members of staff were so personable friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for visits to all the key attractions and shopping areas. It really is a 5 star oasis. One not to be missed.

we spent 5 marvelous day at the mercer. the location is perfect, the staff is nice and helpful and we especially appreciated the kindness of the concierge and the smile of the bartender (thanks for the delicious *****nis!).

An excellent hotel with a great location and very attentive staff! The rooms were extremely comfortable and well maintained. The staff provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing, and helped to arrange local day trips!

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Super location in the centre of town. Such a beautiful, peaceful property with super 5 star service. It’s the only place in Seville we’ll stay. Rooms and beds are so comfortable. A nice roof terrace to take in the sun.
