A beautiful boutique hotel with the most comfortable stay we have ever had on a vacation. The highlight of the stay was the staff and their hospitality. At the outset, Pablo, head concierge, handled our enquiries with utmost pleasure and ease and he went out of his way to ensure we are more than at home. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds and pillows are su0er comfortable. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Sevilla.

As part of a family vacation in Spain, we recently stayed at the Mercer Hotel in Seville, and it was absolutely fantastic. The facilities and rooms were beautiful, and the customer service levels were excellent in every detail. From various complimentary offerings to a "layered" service approach by several of the hotel's professionals, the overall experience was simply awesome. As one example, one of the staff members just happened to overhear that our daughter was celebrating her 21st birthday during our stay, and then the staff proceeded to quietly arrange a surprise presentation of champagne, appetizers and a small cake to help celebrate later that afternoon. Our entire family loved our stay at the Mercer in Seville!

Right from the time we checked in, the experience was awesome. Sylvia had gotten our keys ready and was warm with all our queries and even volunteered to arrange the necessary restaurant bookings. The hotel is very conveniently located and the rooms are nice and fresh. It’s a small boutique priority so will be well advised to book in advance as it gets sold out. Everyone was so warm and helpful that our experience just got enhanced.

The most beautiful hotel in Sevilla. Every detail is perfect - bedding, toiletries, cleanliness, breakfast and rooftop pool. We love staying here - especially for the impeccable service and all the wonderful staff who will go out their way to make your stay memorable. Great location too.

This was our second visit to The Mercer .. sublime perfection once again! We visited with our family in 2022 and once again this week with friends. The service is world class, the rooms are impeccable & so comfy, the rooftop terrace and pool are serene and idyllic. The central location is ideal. The small size of the hotel ensures a peaceful atmosphere and attentive service. And finally ... the daiquiris at the pool are not to be missed .. strawberry last time, passionfruit this time .. all so lovely! This hotel is an oasis in the lovely town of Seville. We can't wait to return!

This Hotel is outstanding. Me and the Mrs have travelled pretty much all over the World and can be quite picky about where we stay (it takes me a lot of research before I book it!) When I was looking at somewhere to stay in Seville, it was out of Mercer or the Alphonso and we decided on the Mercer. It was a great decision! The staff are incredible. Extremely friendly, attentive and eager to please and will do anything for you. Ivan, Pablo and Annabelle were exceptional and we will 100% be returning to this hotel. They were very helpful in recommending restaurants and places to visit also. They made our stay that bit more special. The rooms are 10/10. Spacious, clean, wonderful interior and the bed is just amazing. We also had a small terrace overlooking the beautiful buildings of Seville which rounded it off. I have absolutely no complaints at all and if you are thinking about whether to book, just book it! Thanks to you all and we look forward to coming back! Good luck to Spain in the Euro's Pablo!

Stayed at this small gem of a hotel for four nights late May 2024. Was originally undecided between the Mercer and the Alphonso XIII in the 5 star category for Seville. Went for the more modern and small Mercer and so glad I did. It felt like living in a beautiful private house with tall ceilings and marble staircase. The staff was uniformly fantastic. Warm, friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. There are only 11 rooms but they have a small jewel of a bar and breakfast room and small but lovely rooftop pool. The room was spacious with a very clean and contemporary bathroom. The service was fantastic and I would highly recommend anyone who can afford it to stay here. By contrast, we wandered into the Alphonso XIII for lunch. Both we and our lunch order were ignored and overcharged. It was our worst experience of our travels. So glad I picked the Hotel Mercer to stay at.
