There are some juniors team who are not very experienced, but the more senior team knew how to handle it, so I ended up having a great stay.

One of the best new grand hotels in Shanghai from past 5 years. The interior designs are chic and fresh and unique. Got a upgrade to a junior suite - the room is spacious and in high style. Staff is very kind and professional. Breakfast is great but expensive. It's located at West Bund - a new development area with contemporry art community and IT tech office park. A bit distance away from the center of Shanghai.
