Ulasan Xiaozhu Homestay (Nanjing West Road)

The apartment was bright and looked good. However on closer observation, there were stains on carpet, the sofa felt a bit wet, and the toilet had a bad smell coming from the wash basin. For such a big apartment for 6-8 people, there is only one toilet! Very inconvenient. The corridor of the place also looked quite run down and scary, it took a while for the property manager to fix the spoilt ceiling lights. Although location wise is good, I won't be booking it in the future.

Pro - Place are located 200meter (not more that 50 step from West Nanjing Station Exit3) - Place are close to a loot of convenience store and popular restaurants and coffee and bakery shop. - Place Look Exactly like a photo. (It was nice and Clean) like it came out of Pinterest. - Pillow and blankets are very soft and comfy - room have toothbrush soap and shampoo (and detergent) for guests - I had ask for more pillows and blankets and owners are being very nice about it. - I add wechat to to to talk about a place and how to get there there are very supportive. Con - Room are located in old building (CIMB Bank West Nanjing) and have to entrance building to the back door(I thing it is a door that people in building use to collect there garbage and it was so spooky (it was dark and old)) - building have very small and old elevator that i was too afraid to use.

I liked everything about this stay, awesome experience in Shanghai! Great location, great inside amenities and very nicely and lively and solely designed space

Nice apartment, clean with a great location. But there was no drinking water and the beds were of poor quality so not very comfortable.

We stayed at the xiaozhu honestly on West Nanjing road. The apartment is on the doorstep of three metro lines with everything you need in walking distance. The apartment is sunny, light and spacious. We stayed in winter and we're kept warm by the underfloor heating. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location in the middle of everything. Close to train station. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Good support and responsive host. Highly recommend! ☺️

At first, I was feeling a little regretful as the building exterior/lift was quite old and the road leading to the apartment block was rather dark. But my family liked the cosy apartment, which was simple but had sufficient bed space for our family of 4, washing machine... The location was great and easily accessible to several convenience stores, many eateries, metro, food plazas/shopping... Communication with the hosts was easy and they have been efficient in replying to my questions. So it was overall a pleasant stay as we could experience the oldern housing alleyways as well as the modern buzz Shanghai offered.

This is a nice place for 3-4 people. Very central located. Check in was a bit confusing, but otherwise highly recommended.

A very good experience. The house is a 5-minute walk from Nanjing West Road subway station, surrounded by various restaurants. The hot pot restaurant is right at the door. There is a skylight above the queen bed, which is especially romantic and perfect for sharing with friends or partners. Washing machines and dryers are available, and I feel that I have really experienced the charm of Shanghai.

Nice apartment and very convenient for going to metro and tourist spot.

ห้องพักดีมาก ภายในสะอาดเป็นสัดส่วน มีพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง ห้องครัว มีเตียงเสริมให้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย เจ้าของน่ารักมาก ดูแลดีมาก มีตู้เย็น มีน้ำดื่มเตรียมให้ สบู่ แชมพูมีให้หมด มี hair dryer ห้องน้ำมีแยกโซนเปียก แห้ง ชักโครกเป็นระบบอัตโนมัติ ก๊อกน้ำทุกจุดปรับอุณหภูมิได้ ที่ห้องครัวก็ปรับเป็นน้ำอุ่นได้ ชอบมาก ไม่ต้องหนาวมือตอนล้างจาน แม้จะมารู้วันสุดท้าย 😂 เจ้าของที่พักช่วยเหลือเรื่องการลงทะเบียนด้วยเพราะเราลงเองแล้วไม่สำเร็จ โลเคชั่นคือดีมาก ๆ ตรงข้ามกับ starbuck reserve roastery ใกล้ metro ไปไหนสะดวก นั่ง didi จะกลับที่พักก็ปักหมุดที่ starbuck ได้เลย ใกล้ 7-11 ใน metro ใกล้ miniso ,butterful&creamorous ,dumpling xi (อยู่ในตึก food plaza) เดินทะลุ metro ไปอีก exit นึงก็จะเจอ Hey tea ใน metro มี muji และร้านอาหารด้วย โดยรวมคือชอบมาก ทางเข้าแอบน่ากลัวแต่เราไม่ติดอะไร ลิฟต์เล็กแต่เดินขึ้นบันไดก็แป๊บเดียวถึงห้องพัก ถ้าไป Shanghai อีกก็ยังอยากพักที่นี่ 🤍

ภายในห้องสะอาด สะดวกสบาย ใกล้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก แต่ทางเดินในตึกมืดนิดหน่อย
