8mins walk to nearest metro, and good service. I chose this room because it had a washer dryer in the room. Prompt housekeeping, accomodating front desk. There were a few wood insects in the room, perhaps living here due to cold weather outside. No bathrobe.

All’s well, except there is cool air from the air con and switches off & on .. making my room warm. I have to open the window.

This hotel is my 4 time staying here. Location is great, staff is friendly and the hotel is clean!

New and clean hotel. Great location, easy to reach most places in the city. Restaurants, supermarket and shops close by.

The hotel was new and clean with a decent access to subways and bus stations. Very reasonable price for the apartment style room as it comes included with washing machine and some basic kitchen appliances, makes traveling with family a bit easier. Overall good experience for the price.

Lovely stay. Clean and neat room. Central to most locations. The breakfast is also great. We always book here when we are in Shanghai.

The room is spacious and clean, and the receptionist provides friendly service. Location wise around 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station, overall was a great stay.

Nice location Nice breakfast with fair fare. Room is clean and the washing machine helps a lot after a long trip. Somehow the elevator is too slow, averagely need to wait for more than 5 mins

Modern and clean with relatively big room. Walk to shops, restaurants and shopping centre. Comfortable bed and near new facilities. Only issue is terrible sound proof, hear everything happened in the corridor, especially cleaning staff talking and sometimes yelling are very annoying. Other hotel personnel are very helpful and courteous.

The stay is fabulous, friendly staff. The room is clean and spacious. Location is good as well. Near the metro station. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our 5 nights stay at the hotel, the room is very clean, shower is good, there are many malls and popular fast food chains around. We wish to complement all the front desks staffs , they are very helpful and patient whenever we need assistance. Having said that the hotel is value for money. I can’t remember the name of the sweet looking front desk staff from Hangzhou, she always greeted us with a smile and small chat whenever she see us. Mr Tivan has gone an extra miles, besides helping us to book a more economical Taxi to the airport via App, he also helped us with our big luggages to the street, waited for the taxi to arrive and send us off. He is just so considerate, he saw that we are both senior female travelers, and he helped us without us asking. Mr Tivan is a STAR.

The Hotel was very clean. Metro is around 10 min walk away from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
