Ulasan Hi Cozy International Youth Hostel (Nanjing East Road And The Bund)

Lokasinya sangat mudah, berhampiran tarikan pelancong dan stesen metro, kakitangannya sangat mesra dan mereka sentiasa bersedia membantu anda. Biliknya kecil tetapi ia mempunyai ruang untuk meninggalkan bagasi dan barangan lain. Bilik mandi adalah moden dan bilik itu juga mempunyai sistem penghawa dingin yang luar biasa. Jika saya pernah kembali ke Shanghai saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi❤️

Solo traveler here, I was lucky to have the room for myself only for two nights (I guess because of low season). I think if two people stay in the room at the same time, it would be difficult to move around. Pros: clean facilities, big common area, good bed, smart toilet, good hot water pressure, rain shower, close to the shopping street. Cons: very small room even for an average Asian like myself. The Gym open at 9am and no entries is allowed before that. A bit walk (5 mins) to the metro station or family mart.

Location was superb, about 8 mins walking to station and nanjing road. However it could be difficult to find, located in a the 6th of an office building (picture). One of the rooms smelled, and was quite small, guess it’s more suited for backpackers.

5-10mins walk from nearest metro station. Very good location walkable to the bund. Abit hard to find as it is in a building with nowhere indicating it is on the 6th floor where I had to take the lift to trial and error. Very clean hostel with a Scandinavian style common room and gym. Has everything provided for you, drinks and towel, vending machine at reception, etc... Perfect for privacy at a low budget, booking a 2 bedder room with in-room toilet. Not suitable for big sized people only.

The front desk staff are lovely and they speak well English ! The gym is awesome with all you would need, like the standards (bike, running mat, dumbells) with pull-up bars, pliometrics boxes and more. Loved it ! The location is great with at least 3 metro lines close by and close to the Bund. The kitchen is well deserved with a fridge, microwave, cutlery, etc. There is no electricity sockets close to the bed. Instead, there are 3 USB ports (1x Usb-C, 2x Usb). That sucks to charge a computer, but there are electricity sockets at other places. The 2-bed room is really small, but it each space is well organised ! Doesn't botter for the price. There is a terrace, a chess board, a mahjong board and a soccer table 😍 Lots of people when I was there in October 24 ! Also, the have a well organised locked to leave your luggages for your first/last day. And they were super chill with the checkout. I could even sit and use the gym before I catch my train. I would definitely recommend !

Helpful and good communicate

A tip for future travelers—avoid using Baidu map for directions from the train station to this hotel, as it might take you the long way around. Instead, refer to the location on this page for more accurate guidance and then choose the nearest metro station before you buy your metro ticket. Our room was much smaller than expected; there was barely enough floor space for our luggage, possibly the smallest room in the hotel. The bathroom flooring also connects directly to the room, so water easily spreads onto the room floor. Additionally, the air conditioning struggled on our second night due to central heating controls, but we’re sure the staff did their best to assist. Thank you for your efforts!

Cheap, good location and very friendly staff. I recommend it to travelers on a budget.

Noi abbiamo prenotato una camera con bagno privato, piccola ma confortevole. Il personale è gentile e disponibile per informazioni. La grande e luminosa sala comune è dotata di distributore d’acqua potabile (indispensabile) e macchinetta del caffè a disposizione degli ospiti che desiderino utilizzarla la mattina per colazione. La struttura è dotata anche di un locale lavanderia con lavatrici e asciugatrici. Il servizio si paga comodamente tramite Alipay! The hostel is located in a central area next to the Bund, very close to the famous Nanjing Road. We booked a double room with a private bathroom. The room was tiny, but comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful. In the great and bright common room there are a water dispenser and a coffee machine if you want to have breakfast there. There is also a very practical laundry. You can pay the service via Alipay!

Strategic location nearby walking distance to Metro Line 2 where you can travel to various tourist stations such as Century Park and The Bund. Plenty of local food vendors, marts, fruit stall, commercial activities etc. The room is clean, the price is affordable for the size, good thing is comes with attached bathroom. There's a common area to work, study or have meal. Perfect choice for backpacker, student or short stay in Shanghai

The accommodation is on the 6th floor. In the same building as another hotel There are staff to take care of you at all times. And the staff can give good advice. The security guard below can speak English. There is no drinking water in the room. But there is a water dispenser in the common area.

Great place to stay in Shanghai! I had the 2-beds female dorm and loved it. Even though it was tiny, it felt comfortable and had everything you needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!

It’s situated in a prime location just few hundred metres to the Bund and East Nanjing station. Staff are friendly and speak English well. I’d love to come back to the place when I visit Shanghai again in the future.
