room is big and clean,loacation is very good. This price also includes breakfast, which is very suitable for a family of four.

This should be 3 star hotels and 4. Location and service is very good but facilties is not suitable to 4 stars hotel.

Excellent location (metro station entance 20mt) excellent, kind, helpfull, friendly staff (special thanks for them) very very clean rooms. For this price range best place ever

我見到有些回應此酒店很差 只有2~3分！但我个人認為它有95%是好👍 地点在市中心, 旁邊地鐵站U3線, 火車西站（可以在OBB买票）只有2个地鐵站. U3是橙色線, 可以去其他站轉線也方便, 买張任坐的地鐵/巴士票就可以隨處去了！ 房間 3張單人床, 清潔乾淨冇味！廁所清潔毛巾OK, 雖然洗手盤底漏水（很少,可接受）但其他是滿意的！每日有人換毛巾,只要你出房前把它們放在站浴盤的地面上！ 早餐 烚蛋,cold cut, 青瓜片,甜椒絲, 3-5款面包, 5-6款芝士, 3-4款肝醬（非常好味）,2款牛油+好味的朱古力醬. 栗米片 2款, 橙汁, 鮮奶, 咖啡,6-8款紅茶/果茶/香料茶 所有飲食由7am - 10am隨便飲食到飽為止（切勿浪費！） 还有圖中的先生 超好人！隨和得很！ 我只付8百多元/天！超值, 我及我太太也很常意！ 但我个人認為,它並非4星酒店, 以香港人的眼光, 這是樓上酒店吧！當然比較香港的樓上酒店, 房間大得多多！ 總體而言, 性價比非常高！

インターホンの応答がなく、ホテルの建物に入れずにいたところ親切な他の滞在者が扉を開けてくれた。 中心地に近く、安く滞在できてよかった。 設備に問題はなく、暖房の操作方法がわからなかったものの常に適温で快適だった。 朝食に温かいものはなく、種類が少なかったものの満足できた。 また利用したい。

地下鉄の駅からも近く便利。部屋も清潔感があり申し分なくとても快適だった。朝食も非常に美味しく、長期滞在するにも問題ない。

Einfaches, sauberes Hotel, aber wirklich zu empfehlen. Bei einem Städtetrip ist man ja eh nur zum Schlafen dort. Frühstück war auch eher einfach, aber jeder hat sich was gefunden. Würde es wieder buchen.

The location was fine, about half a mile from the Kunstmuseen. It was about 250-300m from the Neubaugasse U-bahn entrances and less than 200m from a Billa supermarket. There is a gym, Evo, within 100m so anyone wanting to workout can look at the option of joining for a month or maybe can email them and do a deal for a shorter period. It is not a purpose-built hotel but a couple of floors in an office building. The entrance area has signs for other businesses, a lift and concrete stairs with no carpet or vinyl. The room was small and had no tea or coffee making facilities though it had a minibar. There was a decent amount of space for clothing provided by drawers, shelves and hangers. There was a safe which could accommodate a tablet but not a laptop. The shower had good pressure but the wash-hand basin drain developed a leak for which the solution was a bucket. There was one hand towel, one bath towel and one bath mat provided and they were quite thin. The heated towel rail gets switched off so if you have been out in the rain and get soaked, good luck with trying to dry clothing. There was a courtyard for a view and a refuse bin right outside the window. The breakfast room was too small for the number of guests and the choice of breakfast items was very limited. Only two cereal dispensers, no croissants, no pastries and no options for fresh fruit juice. I really don't know why this accommodation has a four star rating. It looks more like a two star standard and has no benefits such as a gym, pool, sauna or the like. I have stayed in two star hotels that provide bigger rooms, better options for breakfast and even a bar.

No way does this establishment deserve 4 stars. My room, which was definitely not spacious, was on 1st floor looking onto flat roof (covered with pebbles) of the floor below, this was designated smoking area, couldn’t see sky without being a contortionist. There was no kettle in room, 4* hotels normally have at least a kettle, very often a coffee machine. The bedding and towels very poor quality, bottom sheet stretchy terry type, towels VERY thin, very well-worn. House-keeping was dubious one day, shower room untouched another day. The breakfast area (which includes “Reception”) was cramped, “fresh orange” was like watered down diluting orange. Still and sparkling water provided, neither had been refrigerated. TV had only one English language channel – BBC World News, not great but at least kept one abreast of events while away from the UK. On the plus side – the shower room was fresh and clean, shower excellent, although the hair dryer was either on or off, no selection available for heat or air flow. I have stayed in Austria many times, this was definitely the worst hotel ever, certainly DO NOT recommend.

We have just come back from a 2 night stay, we stayed in room 20, a family room which was ideal for us ( 3 adults, 1 teenager). The owners and staff were really helpful, friendly and patient. The rooms were super clean and fresh, came with soap, shower gel, towels. Breakfast was perfect, fresh breads, meats, cheese, salad , yogurt, eggs and cereal. Location was ideal, being on the main *****. Not too loud, was able to have a decent sleep. Would highly recommend!

Located conveniently in the downtown of Vienna (the main shopping street), this place (not a fully-fledged hotel; "pension" is a more accurate description) offers a good price/value ratio.

Excellent location to explore Vienna. Breakfast could be improved.
