Ulasan Maixinge Boutique Hotel (Shanghai Oriental Pearl Tower)

Perkhidmatan ini sangat baik kerana saya menempah hotel ini dengan kuarantin 7 plus. Semasa penginapan, saya menambah akaun WeChat pengurus rumah tangga besar Tingting, dan mudah untuk menghubungi saya jika saya mempunyai sesuatu. Dalam tempoh ini, buah-buahan alu-aluan dihantar setiap hari, dan anda boleh mencuci pakaian anda secara percuma. Bersebelahan ialah Sungai Huangpu, dan ia juga sangat dekat dengan Muzium Sains dan Teknologi Mutiara Oriental. Tidak banyak makanan berdekatan, tetapi terdapat dua pusat membeli-belah besar berdekatan, dan anda boleh sampai ke sana dengan teksi. Berpeluang datang lagi.

Very convenient and helpful staff. They served me whatever possible even serving free tea when I just sat in the lobby waiting for taxi. I also saw the staff took care of guest luggage to the street waiting for the taxi

I stayed in this hotel for one night only. The stay was super comfortable, room very nice and clean, full of amenities (toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, comb, hair dryer) which comes in handy for weekend only travelers with hand luggage only like myself. Bed was super comfortable, room had chilly aircon perfect for the hot shanghai weather. The view from the room was very nice. I also had breakfast, which had a perfect mix of chinese & continental style. The staff was super friendly, ready to help, which really makes the difference 😇 I will definitely continue booking this brand when in China!

Very very convenient location with affordable price. The services are very good, even better than most 5 stars hotels. Facilities are new. Breakfast was ok.

Overall this hotel deserves 101% rating! from the management, facilities and down to the ground staff all gave their prestine service. The moment we entered the main door we were greeted by a courteous staff and immediately offered their service to help us with our luggage, they even gave us refreshments to immediately feel the comfort of their hospitality. We went here for 2 days to celebrate my Husbands Birthday in Shanghai but the hotel Staff took extra miles to send a birthday cake for my husband. Whenever we needed any small thing or item, the hotel staff were very attentive, approachable and accommodating The kitchen food and kitchen staff also deserves commendation as their food serving were clean, regular food top-up intervals During our last day, the hotel staff went beyond their service to offer their help to send us to the nearest mrt as we were rushing to our next destination. They even gave u small token of remembrance from their hotel. We highly recommend this hotel for their service and hospitality. Thank you and we will surely come back here again

Everything is perfect. Food is good. Service is warm. Washing is free which is really good as well. If your hotel can provide a shuttle service will be a lot more welcome to me.

Very good room for a cheap price. Close to the Subway station.

Good location. Less than 5 mins walk to the Line 14 Yuanshen road metro station. I am a mom traveled with 2 teenage sons from SEA. Good breakfast. Room’s amenities are basic but room is enough for 3 people. Service is excellent especially the front desk staffs. Laundry service is free of charge. They provide the pick up and delivery to your room. We stayed for 4 nights. One night when we returned from disneyland, it was down pour and we were soakinv wet. They even pick up our laundry at 11 pm and delivery the clothes in the morning. On our last day checking out from the hotel, it was drizzling, it was quite an issue to walk to nearest metro station heading to Pudong airport in the rain. The hotel staff drove us to the line 2 metro station which is quite far (line 2 is the metro station to Pudong airport so we didnt have to make a transfer) in a Tesla. A very good surprise

Wow! What a great experience we had at the MaiXinGe Hotel. The service we received was outstanding, The staff were very helpful, curtious and attentive to our needs. From the moment we checked in, everyone was professional. We felt as though we were in a five star hotel. I highly recommend you consider this place on your trip to Shanghai. It's very near the subway lines and buses. You will no be disappointed at the level of excellent service. The hotel is close to train stations so it’s easy to get around. The hotel staffs were really helpful. It was late when we arrived at the hotel so they did their best to make sure we could order delivery dinner. Overall, a nice stay.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The staff's warmth and hospitality truly made our stay exceptional. From the moment we stepped in, their friendly smiles and attentive service created a welcoming ambiance. The room itself was cozy and tastefully appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. Remarkably, all this came at a very reasonable price, making it an outstanding value for money. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Room is not big but it’s clean. Location not far away from subway station. This hotel exceeds my expectations especially on Service. Staff won’t forget to greet you and giving their hands whenever they meet you. They even sent us to the century subway station on the day we left. Thanks to the staff giving us a ride. It did help us to safe a lot of time. The front desk staff is warmth especially like 展蕊, I’m not sure the name is correct though😆due to my lousy Chinese. Highly likely will stay in this hotel when I come back to SH.

We had a nice time. The workers were very friendly and helpful. There was a good variety at breakfast. Lots of entertainment choices for movies. Close to the metro station. Would recommend. :)
