A good mid level hotel in proximity to train station.Breakfasts are good. If possible , I recommend book the rooms that face inner yard, as there is a busy intersection on outside - may be noisy at times.

You can take a leisurely walk from Kyoto Station to the hotel or you can transfer to Kujo Station from Kyoto Station. When you exit from Exit 2, you will find the hotel right there. If you have luggage, Exit 4 has an elevator. The location is quite convenient as there is a 7-11 just a short walk away. Rooms may be small in size, but they offer hot spa. Considering these features, I highly recommend it.

The breakfast was very good I suggest you book with the breakfast , coffee and a free bar make this hotel perfect

We had a group of 10 people booking 5 rooms, and although we encountered a minor issue during check-in that caused a delay, thanks to the assistance of both Trip.com and the hotel staff, we were able to successfully complete the check-in process. The hotel facilities were excellent! The location was fantastic, and every guest received a welcome drink every day. Guests could even grind their own coffee, which added a fun touch to the experience. Overall, we all had a very enjoyable stay

酒店設施有點老了，訂房間沒有注意隨機房型指的是有煙和無煙的區別，到的晚了住了個有煙房間，一晚上兩個人都嗓子咳嗽沒睡好，凈化器也沒用，出來的味道就是煙味。唉！不過樓下的小浴場很不錯，酒店離地鐵也近，前台服務特別好，雖然房間不是很滿意啦。大家一定要注意選禁煙房間~

很好很不錯，有免費咖啡和免費雞尾酒喝！性價比超高！就在京都站旁邊！公交車站兩分鐘就走到了！就是酒店給安排的樓層有點低在二樓（其實差不多就是一樓半）其他都很完美，看看能不能勇敢的跟前台説換高樓層

該酒店有三棟樓，按酒店名字導航是小街那個樓，離訂的酒店比較遠，晚上找比較不方便，酒店大門也不醒目。門口直接是地鐵九條出口，酒店對面就有公交車站，去各個景點交通都非常方便。酒店早餐品種較多，大堂有免費飲料，有温泉，房間寬敞乾淨設施齊全。

酒店位置不錯，走到京都車站十分鐘，乘坐地鐵和公交也很方便。房間寬敞明亮，因靠近馬路有點吵。一樓有免費泡湯，可放鬆解乏。早餐偏西式，性價比高。

這家酒店地理位置好，從京都站南門出來，步行600多米就可以到酒店（我們走錯了從北門出來，不過能看到京都塔），酒店門口直接是地鐵九條出口，酒店對面就有公交車站，去各個景點交通都非常方便；酒店早餐品種較多，大堂有免費飲料，有温泉，我們每天走回來都要去泡温泉解乏，當然第一次自由行來京都沒有試過別的酒店，自我感覺性價比很高。但我要提醒一下注重細節的日本人，你們的空調應該好好清洗一下，隔板都是灰了，總體可以給90分。

酒店位置外面就是車站，十分容易坐車去玩。酒店每晚都有有free welcome drink, 浸完浴可以在大堂relax下。在京都車站至酒店中間遇見看門口貓頭鷹，很可愛。

毎月使わせて頂いてます。 駅からも近く清潔です。 部屋も広く満足です。ウエルカムドリンクやフリードリンクはありがたいです。 ランドリーの混雑は改善して欲しいです。

早餐不錯但連續數天入住,每天早餐都一模一樣,真的就會膩了。 櫃檯女性接待人員真的很親切，但一些年輕男性的工作人員態度就沒這麼親切了。另外整個飯店沒有飲水機，但又說是採用環保概念經營，這點就令人想不透了, 每每都要麻煩服務人員用環保杯裝飲用水實在是增加她們的工作量真是辛苦妳們了。

房間很乾凈整潔，服務人員態度熱情友好。酒店離京都站很近，和中國的酒店比，房間比較小。
