After a long trip, great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Not far from airport and the hotel offers airport pick up service. Everything worked great. Cleanliness top deserves more than 5 points. Beds are very comfortable. A clear recommendation from us.

Good quality and value for money. Building 1 is all the way in after turning right out and right again from the reception so it's a little confusong but other than that, it was a very comfortable stay just 10 mins from the airport. Take note of the hotel's Chinese name to prevent confusion if taking the shuttle bus

The hotel is close to the airport, about 10 to 15 mins ride with the 24hours free airport shuttle. I called to reserve for pick up. Overall a very pleasant and convenient stay for transit customers

The heating system was terrible. We only stay 1 night and my youngest whom can withstand cold commented never to book this hotel again. I sorry, it’s that bad. Esp during winter time. Room wise - it’s spacious. The saving grace is the hotel staff is friendly and ready to help. The shuttle to hotel is fuss free.

Its ok for overnight sleep due to late arrival or for early departure. The best part is timeliness of free shuttle bus to and from Pudong airport. Room 3105 is rather old style and color, lights not brighten enough, bed base and pillow need to be updated, bed frame is noisy when turning around. Breakfast is good enough with 68 RMB if not included in room rate.

It’s clean, it’s in the middle of nowhere but close to PVG which is why most people book here. they offer transfer to airport every hour so it’s great. service is not exactly the best but it’s alright.

Although it is located in the middle of nowhere,it is just a 15min bus shuttle away. The hotel shuttle run half hourly so uwill never feel isolated. It is a spawling hotel with 3 3-siorey building without lifts. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good

I stayed here when I had to collect a family member in the early hours of the morning. The bedroom was beautiful and the bed extra comfy. The staff were extremely tentative to my needs and even made a breakfast bag for me to take on the free transfer to the airport.

Booked as a layover stop because we had 19 hrs between our flight. It was clean and very comfy. Close to the airport with free shuttle only issue is they don't speak English but there was 1 girl that had a little bit of English that helped us with our booking. We paid for 1 night but checked in at 9am and checked out at 8pm the same day.

Booked a budget capsule room and was given not only free airport to hotel round trip transfers but also a regular sized room with a gorgeous double sink shower and rest room. Everything felt premium. Thanks for giving this weary traveller some respite. Especially appreciate the hassle free check-in/out process.

Inconvenient and weird to have the rooms be placed in separate buildings. You have to walk outside in the heat and sun to get to the lobby/restaurant. Also their japanese restaurant isnt even open anymore, it's just a small dining area with few breakfast choices. So it's a good thing they allow food deliveries. The place is super secluded too, its really just for airport transit

The hotel is clean and ac works well. I mainly booked it because of the late night airport pick up. The breakfast is good and has a lot of western options. The service is good. They also helped to bring all of my suitcases into the room.
