Hotel very clean, beds super comfortable, Staff great, has a bar and restaurant- food very good too Zehra, in Guest Relations I cannot say enough about this wonderful Lady so helpful. Shopping nearby About 40 minutes from airport but all good! Would I come back yes!

The pillows were pretty good, and the temperature was really nice. I had a very good experience. The breakfast was amazing. The food of each day was great, everything tasted good. Good service at the restaurant and at the room. Me and my mom really had a good time.

It’s a lovely and cosy hotel. The staff are very nice, attentive and helpful. Among the hotel staff, Zehra and Devran were amazing. They were both very attentive, helpful and cheerful. The hotel is located close to two shopping centres and plenty of local restaurants and cafes. It’s a family-friendly hotel. My father and I stayed there during late December 2024. We both enjoyed our time there. The hotel building is newly renovated and is kept clean. The hotel breakfast was very tasty, especially the Sütlaç. The only area for improvement that comes to my mind is to make the rooms more soundproof.

Lovely stay; arrived after a long flight in the evening and greatly appreciate the warm welcome and efficient check in by Hatice, Bark and Devran. Pleasantly surprised by an upgrade. The suite was very clean with a comfortable bed and a lovely jacuzzi tub.

Great hotel experience. Delicious breakfast, spacious room, comfortable beds, clean rooms and friendly staff. One of the best hotels I stayed in. It's a great place if you want to relax at your hotel, not only sleep. I really recommend it to anyone travelling to Istanbul.

Clean rooms, convenient location that is close to lot of food places and shopping malls. Amazing Turkish breakfast that has a lot of variety. Friendly and helpful staff who can give directions and recommendations. Fantastic overall and hope to come back.

Extremely lousy customer approach. Not informing the guests regarding the connection to WiFi at the checkin appropriately; willing to charge for 10 minutes parking the price of a full day, and cherry on top - they withdrew extra payment from my card after checkout (even though there were no extras). First they didn’t want to admit their mistake, then admitted but kept me occupied for almost 2 weeks with reminders and finally paying back 6 weeks after their erroneous withdrawal. Yes if I didn’t notice it I in my credit card statement - they would have gotten along with it. Shameful!
