Location is very good. It is a very short 3-5 mins walk from the subway station.
Rooms were very clean and modern. The housekeeping auntie does a very good job in tidying the rooms and replenishing the water everyday.
The staff are very helpful and professional. They were very willing to help me with connecting to the wifi, showing me to the laundry room etc.
When I was checking in, there were some very difficult hotel customers but the hotel staff handle the situation patiently and with professionalism. This is commendable.
Thank you everyone for making my stay a wonderful one.

Location is convenient and a short walk away from the metro station and other places. 24h friendly front desk who you can find to help with any issues. Room is spacious and amenities are sufficient for a basic level of stay, and able to store luggage after you check out.
However, the soundproofing of the rooms is not the best but is value for money. Breakfast options may also not have the greatest variety but there are different categories.

The service of this hotel is very good, all the hotel staff is so friendly. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Location is very near to the famous and iconic place of Shanghai, and very importantly near to the subway station.
酒店服务很好，酒店员工都很友好尤其是前台小姐姐很友善的对待客人，态度也特别好。房间很干净也很舒适。酒店地点离旅游景点很近，也离地铁站很近。

Simple hotel but with all the necessities you need for a short stay.
Love both the receptionist. Young, energetic, friendly and approachable

Excellent value for money and right next to Wuding Road metro, giving great access to wider Shanghai. The corridor smelled like smoke, but that is typical in many Chinese hotels. Amenities otherwise are good. Comfortable bed, good shower.

Room was a bit old, but clean. The laundry facilities were great, and it even has a dryer. The ladies downstairs were extremely helpful and went above and beyond during my stay, even if I came to them with requests that were a bit odd. The only thing I would note is that the stairwell often smelled of cigarette smoke.

Very affordable price, im very satisfied with the service there, the staffs are so friendly and helpful , feels like staying in my own home , they have free laundry and dryer as well. Clean hotel and very comfy, definitely coming back to this hotel again
