The hotel was amazing! It was spacious and the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

It was very close to the metro! I also thought the interior was very cute and the staff were very friendly and helpful! They also have a gym and laundry room which I wanted to use but didn’t have time to! I also love how they have a lot of sitting areas on the first floor.

Good location near supermarket, subway and various food. Recommend to stay here, very fresh air around the property not to crowded near the hotel have a small grocery store if walk a little bit there are supermarket, restaurants, salon and etc.

I chose a non-smoking room. But the hotel room smelled a lot of cigarette smoke. I asked to change the room because I couldn't stand the smell of cigarette smoke. But there was no help from the hotel. It was a terrible experience to sleep in a room full of cigarette smoke

The service at this hotel was amazing, the location is perfect as I had a birthday celebration at a restaurant around the bund, so commuting was easy for me. The room was clean and the staff was welcoming.

I am not satisfied with this hotel in the following aspects: - Location is not good as its description and a few miles away from the Bund. - View is bad and don’t expect any the Bund view or high floor view. The outlook is so deceive and captured from a specific angle. - Service attitude is not friendly and hope they can improve this. More smiles can make guests feel welcomed.
