Yitel Collection (Shanghai Lujiazui, Lancun Road Metro Station)

Room was extremely beautiful, looks exactly like the pictures, service staffs were friendly and often asks to provide room cleaning if required, when asked not to makeup room, they still provided amenities and water for you outside the room. Overall a very pleasant stay. Room was clean and nice, had towels, shower gels etc, hairdryer, safe and slippers

Had a really pleasant stay at Yitel Collection during my trip to Shanghai. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with good soundproofing and a cozy bed after long days of exploring the city. The location was also very convenient, close to metro stations, restaurants, convenience stores, and many popular attractions. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service felt professional. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and how well-maintained everything was. One thing I really enjoyed about staying in China was how convenient daily life feels — mobile payments are easy everywhere, food delivery is fast, public transport is efficient, and there are many affordable food options nearby at any hour. Shanghai especially feels very safe, modern, and vibrant, both during the day and at night. Overall, this hotel offered great value for the price, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

Hotel location is quite good, parking is available. The receptionist Shangyue was very nice and professional and the room was really good and cozy

Wonderful location of the hotel, located near Century Avenue Park. The metro is a five-minute walk away. Very helpful staff, ready to help with any question. Delicious breakfasts, there is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. Cozy rooms😊

It is ok for one night, downstairs has fish restaurants:). Front desk speaks english and very helpful people.
