Ulasan Maixin'Ge Boutique Hotel (Shanghai Pudong Airport)

We booked 2 rooms for our family of 5. This hotel provides excellent service with small details which were heart warming. They provide snacks and coffee to take away at the lobby, water and snacks on the bus. Small things but certainly distinguished it's services from many others. Thumbs up to Xiao Liu and everyone in the hotel, from, front desk, to housekeeping, cafe, and drivers. It will always be our choice hotel whenever we are back in Pudong again. Thank you all👍

20mins from/to Pudong Airport, Chuangsa Town is not a vibrant city but worth to explore as cheaper food with big portion, can walk walk slowly before entering Disneyland next day. If you want a good and affordable hotel for your Shanghai trip, this is a very good hotel to book. The staff are very helpful and accommodated all our requests starting from airport pickup to extra pillows, and everything you can think of. I had a problem with my WeChat account and they even accommodated my request of communication via iMessage. They send a message for the details regarding Disneyland shuttle to and from the park so you will not be lost. They provided us daily with water bottles, as much as we would need. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the menu varied each day. There’s dumplings, congee, cereals, bread, chinese dishes, noodles, eggs, yogurt, and fresh fruits.The dining staff were very cute aunties and always made sure we were enjoying the food. Communication is easy as long as you have a mobile translator, and the front desk staff know enough english to communicate efficiently. Knowing some mandarin will help greatly during your stay. It’s a plus that it’s only a few minutes walk to the metro and a shopping mall with plenty of dining and shopping options. The surrounding area also featured supermarkets and different local restaurants as well as bakeries. It’s not in the city center which me and my family enjoyed since we like immersing in the local scene versus being surrounded by plenty of other tourists. Every major tourist attraction is accessible via the metro so the commute was convenient. On our last night which was New Year’s Eve, they gave us a complimentary foot soak with herbs in the room which was very relaxing. Upon checkout, they even gave us a gift of local snacks. It was an overall very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this hotel! I forgot to take photos of the hotel but the photos on their profile are accurate. Hotel has good service and lovely staffs. Some staff cannot speak English but try hard to communicate. And the hotel not far from subway.

Great location. The local food taste better than the central location I used to stay in. Hotel is clean And quiet. Had a good night sleep. The staff are very friendly.

It is convenient to go from the airport. It's right next to the convenience store. The room is spacious. There is a subway station shuttle bus. Disneyland shuttle buses exist.

The hotel shuttle bus services from the airport and to Disneyland were very good. Contact through the hotel WeChat which you can ask from Trip.com assistant. Very helpful. The hotel even provide hot foot bath after a long day in Disneyland ,on requested. Choices of pillow are also available, for example the zero pressure one. You can use translation application to chat. Clean.

All the staffs are friendly (it's very rare to meet staffs who greet you in many other hotels). As soon as we got off from a taxi, two hotel staffs already came out and helped us to bring our luggages. The location of the hotel is not too far from Chuansha station (Metro Line 2), you'd probably need 10-15 minutes because of the traffic (lots of people riding bikes; many bikes parked close to the metro.) There is a mall next to exit 2. Many small shops and resto on the way back to the hotel. A Lian hua supermarket (with normal price) is next to the hotel, making it easy to purchase daily stuffs. The hotel provide wide selection of yummy breakfast. They also provide transport to Disney and to Pudong airport. They are very on time. We chose to leave at 6 am (before the breakfast service time), and they brought us steamed buns and delicious soy milk. Their amenities are great. Body lotion, conditioner, detergent, needle and thread are available there. They even got a robot to send "waimai" (delivery).

Great service, airport shuttle service is perfect. breakfast has many varieties. The room is very out dated.

They are welcome foreigners and even best they provide free pick up service when you arrive At pudong airport. And also provide free shuttle bus to Shanghai Disneyland. They know you are tired after been to Disneyland, they are so sweet that provide a chinese medicine for your to relax your foot.

Wonderful place. Stay here for a few times already. Every time I have a flight from Pudong, I book this hotel. Location is good, around 15-20 minutes ride to the airport. The hotel has a transfer bus, very convent. Staff is always kind and welcome. Some staff can speak little bit English, pretty enough to get the main questions. There are a lot of small shops and places to eat near the hotel, that simplify a lot of things. Rooms are a clean and comfy. Great breakfast, mostly Chinese food. Always fresh.

Staffs are very friendly. Services are better than expected. Breakfast is good.

I had an amazing experience with this hotel, the staff was so friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and it’s close to the airport plus they have a free bus shuttle to the airport and Disney world👌👌🥰🥰
