It was live-able and very spacious. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants should you want to do shopping. As for the alcoholic beverage lovers, it is right up your alley with tons of bars in the vicinity. However, there was somewhat an off setting odor of smoke. I could hear some noise from the room next door. Note that the mini bar in the room is an additional fee upon usage.

Room is spacious and basically clean. However the air-conditioning is not working. No matter what temperature you set, it’s a heater! The first room we’d checked in, the temp was set at 26 degrees. Management checked and moved us to another room. This room temp is set at 24.5, but it felt too warm, not really 24.5. So we have to turn off the air conditioning and open the window. As such, I felt cold in the middle of the night. Bed is a bit aft for me. Service and manner of the staff is good.

This hotel was recommended by a friend.  It did not disappoint.  It’s a hotel that has hosted many government leaders and royals. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.  The furnishings were classic and elegant.  Close to bars, restaurants.  The Bund area was only a short, cheap Didi ride away.  Breakfast was included and the choice extensive.

Good buffet breakfast, staff are professional and overall service is of high quality.

This Hotel has been my favorite in Shanghai. I have been here many times. The thing I like most is the staff service, they’re simply the best!

I have a good experience staying at the hotel, the staff are helpful and the room is clean, though I stayed there for 1 night only. The gym is fantastic, it has lots of facilities. I wish I could stay longer.

Very elegant hotel in a historical neighborhood. Conveniently located among shopping dining and public transportation options.

The lower floor of the Cathay Garden building have obscured film on the windows. I asked to change my room to one with windows I could see out of. This seems to affect Twin Rooms. It was changed no problem and the rest was good.

After a few hotels used in last two weeks, JingJiang hotel is the best in all facilities equipped. The most comfortable hotel ever had. great place to live

Best location, big rooms, nice and considerate staff. I enjoyed the stay. Didn't try the breakfast.
