Very pleasant stay. Lots of food and shopping malls around, very convenient. There’s also free laundry.

The lobby was clean and bright, and the front desk staff, especially Xiao Hui, handled everything efficiently. The room was spotless and comfortable. It's very close to Lianhua Mountain Park, and my mom said she'll definitely book the Yayuan Hotel again next time we're in Sungang!

The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with all facilities well-equipped and fully functional. When I requested an extra pillow at night, room service delivered it promptly. This attention to detail was really thoughtful. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shenzhen!

Parking was easy to find with plenty of spots available. The subway station is super close, only about a 5-minute walk. The hotel's thoughtful free laundry service was a huge plus. The surroundings are great. It's incredibly convenient for clothes shopping right downstairs, and just about 150 meters away, there's a toy wholesale market that kids will absolutely adore. The facilities are well-appointed, providing everything you could possibly need. Xiao Hui, one of the staff members, was exceptionally kind and helpful, and the housekeeping staff was also very warm and welcoming. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

The surrounding area offers 24-hour convenience stores and popular local breakfast spots, which is perfect for independent travelers.

Immediately upon entering the room after check-in, I was pleasantly surprised. There was absolutely no strange odor, the sheets and duvet covers felt crisp and dry, and even the sofa crevices and tabletops were spotless. The bedding offered just the right firmness, and with a choice of high or low pillows, even someone with neck issues like myself could enjoy a comfortable night's sleep. The most thoughtful detail was the LED strip lighting by the mirror, making makeup application and shaving incredibly convenient. The attention to detail was even better than at home.
