The location of the hotel is great. Almost opposite of the train station. Furthermore it is very nearby the Jade Buddha Temple and the new thousand trees shopping mall. The rooms are big and with a great shower. One downside was the smell coming from the shower, but this is a minor thing. The facilities of the hotel are top. Having a 25 meters swimming pool, a sauna, steam room, hot-tub and a great gym. I really recommend booking this hotel.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel, and Jane truly made the difference. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor were remarkable, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay from start to finish. She went above and beyond to cater to our needs, making us feel welcomed and valued. It's rare to find such a dedicated staff member who genuinely enhances the guest experience.

Great hotel for families, incredibly nice staff.

Awesome hotel! I visited here for my birthday. It was a lovely. The reception Lyren who check for me in was professional with helpful and English speaking desk clerks. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Western and Chinese options. The room was spacious with a great view of the city, truly a 5 diamond experience.

The hotel is an exquisite retreat that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby Ms. Jane provided an unparalleled hospitality and the hotel provided a sense of luxury. The rooms are elegantly designed, offering a breathtaking views of the city center that truly enhance the experience.

We would highly recommend this hotel, the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is very stylish and the food is always fresh. Not to mention the comfortable beds. The service was amazing especially from Lyren who works at the front desk. He was very professional, easy goingand always shows her smile. We had such awonderful experience staying here.And also will come back next time!

The hotel’s location and facilities are excellent, making it a convenient and comfortable place to stay. The rooms are well-maintained and the amenities provided are top-notch. However, the staff’s behavior was disappointing. They were quite impolite, which took away from the overall experience. Additionally, their proficiency in English was poor, making communication challenging. While the hotel itself is great, the staff’s attitude needs significant improvement to match the quality of the facilities.

Very friendly and lots of amenities. Especially the front receptionist Fanny Wang. She was really kind and welcoming.

These was the best Intercontinental Hotel branch so far as to compare to the other different Intercontinental during out this trip in Shanghai and Hangzhou 🤗

Great service, food and location. Staff members were very attentive and kind. The only issue was an odd smell in the room. I think it was the carpet. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.
