Room is clean and service staff so kind. Upon arrival the Front desk Sicily greeted me warmly

Location is good. The room is comfortable. Will stay again in next trip.

The room had a great view and the staff prepared a small cake, balloon and greeting card for my birthday ( I told them while confirming my reservation). The food was top tier and affordable. My 3rd time staying here and definitely will again.

Location is everything, Langham has always been tip top in soft and hard ware. Staffs are well trained and professional, always helpful. Hotel amenities are just great, nothing more to be improved.

Staff are proficient in English and the service team of Judy, Shirley and Kiki in the Langham club are a great asset to the hotel. Sincere and attentive. Location is also fantastic, being close to the subway as well as Xintiandi dining area

Hotel is located opposite the shopping district of Xintiandi with lots of food options as well. Great service from the hotel staff too from the check in, the stays and the check out.

Everything was good, except that one of the 3 rooms we booked couldn't keep a good temperature, much too hot, even though its winter. Unbelievable. Other than that, everything was good.

Super convenient location right in the heart of Xintiandi. Front desk was kind enough to upgrade us to a bigger conrner room so that we would be more comfortable as we needed an extra bed. Special thanks to concierge Seven who helped us book our transport to the airport. He contacted me to make sure everything was ok, even though he was on leave that day. Amazing service, we will definitely come back to stay again.

Prime location but the rooms are pretty small, old and run down. Not as well kept as a 5 star hotel should be. Staff were also mediocre, not very fluent in English.
