Stayed for long term and the place feels like home. Very spacious room with amenities to cook and washer-dryer, ironing board and iron, full-sized fridge etc. Bathroom is also big. Even though the stay was long it didn’t feel cramped at all and I had space to exercise in the room. There’s a small gym upstairs with a cable machine, a few running machines and a stretching stand. Location is also quite nice since it’s right next to a sizeable mall and 2 min away from the metro station (by crossing the bridge behind the mall). Overall an excellent choice for hotel especially if you’re staying long term.

Citadines Lujiazui Shanghai offers modern, spacious apartments perfect for both short and extended stays. Everything was fine. Location is actually pretty good, 8 minutes to metro station, 2 minutes to shopping mall that has most of shops humans need, we don’t need Louis Vuitton or Celine at every shopping mall. It’s a bustling area, ice skating area, people dancing and doing sports near the mall. It’s alive there. And under 30 minutes to Shanghai Railway Station. No complaints on location for this price. Rooms are good sized, curtains close if you know how to close curtains and sunshine doesn’t bother the sleep. Washing machine door was broken and we had to have someone come and open it on the last morning. Hope they pay more attention to amenities and quality of them.

Good affordable hotel and easy access around town with didi

Good stay at the Citadines. Apartment was tucked in the quiet corner of the area. Situated next to a mall and Mcdonald at the ground floor. Accessible to metro. Room was spacious and clean.

I like the room as it is completely equipped for business travelers. Perfect for me whereby the room consists of washer.

As always, Ascot group apartment hotel type standard. The lobby is a bit deceiving. Pros: very complete amenities with washing machine and dryer which are great help for scorching hot summer, spacious, very clean, staff polite and professional, great value for money, next to a shopping mall with lots of eateries Cons: metro station a bit far by walking in summer (but ok with share bike or during more pleasant season) Will definitely stay again

Citadines Lujiazui is not in Lujiazui but still pretty close and is next to a good mall with a lot of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The hotel itself is on floors 15-20 and rooms have a nice view of the city with large and soft beds and friendly service. Some of the staff even speak English and there is a robot that delivers meals to your room.

The stay there was good. They are very flexible and allowed us to check in early even though we reached there at 8+am. We can wash clothes and it has dryer too. The staffs there were excellent especially the cleaner auntie, 周大姐. She was super caring towards us during our stay. Also, there is a mall just beside the apartment which is a plus point. Metro station is about 10mins walk from the apartment. Not a fan of the bathroom door as it is slightly see through. May not be suitable if you are uncomfortable with this. Also, 1 of the room that we stayed in was very stuffy on certain days even though we already open the window. Whereas the other room at the opposite was very cooling throughout our stay. Not sure is it because of the direction of the wind or what. But overall, me and my friends are very happy with our stay there!

The pictures are accurate. Bed was comfortable and the room was bigger than I thought- appreciated the separate lounge and work space. The room was very clean and Wi-Fi was good. Great location- a small mall is just next door, McDonald’s downstairs and a small park behind the hotel. Lovely area. Breakfast was decent-just enough. Highly recommend.

Clean , New , easy access

The hotel location is perfect as nearby shopping mall and many restaurants. The room is bright and modern with stove, washer and freezer. Good for traveller who would like to clean their clothes and have simple cooking. My room is installed with TV but no TV at sitting room. The bathroom is clean and in good size, though the water pressure is a bit low. It is a good hotel that I will recommend to others.

Loved our stay at the hotel. Great service, clean hotel and they provided toothbrushes as requested. We did not try the food but the hotel has a robot that delivers any package swiftly. I had a birthday cake delivered at midnight and all went well. The hotel is also very close by a subway and next to a mall. Also many coffee shops are around the hotel. All to all, we loved our stay.
