The location of the hotel is very close to Yiwu international market and the hotel services is very good

Very cheap hotel low class accommodation bad hotel no booking again this place same price have many hotels high quality but Anna hotel Very bad experience

Staff on reception is not that co-operative, specially the night manager. No water bottle is provided, so much mosquitoes there. They didn’t clean the water on front roof, so there are so much mosquitoes. Good thing is that they allowed me for early check-in. Bathroom lock is not working, though I was single occupied so no worries. They need to upgrade things or repair it. Location wise its good, but lack in atmosphere.

The hotel is okay but not good at a standard level and it lacks some basic amenities as well

Worst service ever! Desk staff was very unkind and rude and unprofessional. Was so bad I decided not to stay. We agreed that they would cancel the booking but they didn’t and kept the money. They said they never received it from the platform which is very unlikely. Because I have payed online. Next day I went back to ask for the refund and they caused a lot a trouble. If you want to stay out of trouble I recommend to book another hotel.

Location was very good, but not as clean. Hair on the flower and dusty but good value for price

Good one the reception staff helped me to book a taxi in the Chinese app in morning 430 o’clock

The corridors are not clean Room wall paper is not clean Windows are open when we arrive in the room
