Unfortunately, there is no single bed room but the hotel is very modern and has cute interior. The staff is very friendly. In the surrounding areas there is a river, a café and the metro station.

We have stayed in this hotel many times in our trip to Shanghai. It's clean, convenient, and has self service laundry which is very good for a longer holiday in China. The restaurant seems being refurbished, with more variety of food for breakfast.

Very convenient location. Place were quiet, near the Suzhou river. Hotel it’s self was good as well. Good enough for those who came to know Shanghai but prefer to stay out of the shouting areas. 🤓

Absolutely disgusting and dirty!!! Carpets haven’t been cleaned in years, paint chipping on the inside walls, and spider webs everywhere!!! We don’t expect services when booking 3 star hotels but we do expect it to be clean!!! Disgusting for a global international chain group!!! We should have known when there is no refund offered when we booked. That’s why they have the no refund policy because they know people are not happy and would request a refund!!!

The Holiday Inn Shanghai Hotel is about 15 to 20 minutes by taxi from Hongqiao Airport. The staff were friendly and the view outside the window was very beautiful. The bed was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was warm. The towel is changed every day. The breakfast is also great. I stayed comfortable for three days.
