We stayed at this place for 3 nights and used the swimming pool only once. It is an okay place to stay but it needs major upgrades. The door could not open with just one turn of the key. Sometimes we would just turn the key up until the door decided it was open. It is an old hotel and I get the look and feel but it needs some serious maintenance. The shower was so tiny in the corner of auch a big bathroom space…I didn’t like that.

Very nice old hotel, but quite difficult to access without a car. Room cleanliness could be improved.

Here you feel transported back to the year 1913. good breakfast with a beautiful view is guaranteed. Would love to come back.

A vegades aquests grans hotels del passat, comencen a esdevenir rancis; però el Palace Grand Hotel, es manté molt i molt bé. Còmode, clàssic i elegant. Llàstima que no cuidin millor els seus jardins, podrien millorar molt la categoria d’hotel

Nous avons passé un superbe week-end avecg I notre petite fille de 7 mois. La vue sur le Lac est splendide! L’emplacement est sur une montagne et assez calme. Il y a un spa que j’ai beaucoup apprécié: la masseuse est douée et le bain turque ainsi que le saune étaient très agréable et relaxant. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, il y a beaucoup de choix. En ce qui concerne notre chambre double nous avons beaucoup aimé car c’était spacieux.

Realmente un hotel que era solo para pasar la noche y nos sorprendió. Sentimos que estábamos en el 1900 pero en el buen sentido. Atención y desayuno también impecables. Volveremos!

環境極優，服務人員素質很好，房間略老舊，比如衞生間，但整體居住感受以這個價格已經是物超所值了，入口大門街對面就是家樂福，隨時可以買到零碎東西

Il serait temps de changer les volets roulants manuels dans les chambres!!! Pas de TV internet donc pas de chaînes françaises. Réfrigérateur de la chambre qui mériterait d'être décongelé car ne fait plus de froid! Manque de places de parking, obligé de se garer n'importe où !

Jawapan daripada Pihak Penginapan: Cher invité, merci de nous avoir choisi mais nous regrettons de ne pas vous avoir donné les bonnes informations : nous disposons de 3 chaînes françaises (il suffisait de faire défiler la liste avec la télécommande...) et nous disposons de 3 parkings ( un à l'arrière de l'hôtel...) et difficile de ne pas trouver de place. Nous nous excusons si le minibar vous a causé des désagréments, nous avons résolu le problème immédiatement.Revenez nous rendre visite, nous avons hâte de vous voir bientôt !!
