Calm warm and welcoming reception and security

哈哈这个酒店就是这么好like that too it's been the whole week but you are still here so that means I'll come

The staff doesn't speak much English, but it was enough to get the check-in done. You cannot have internet at the hotel without a Chinese phone number, you have to go through an SMS verification and the international version does not work. The room was clean, except the AC that was full of dust, making it unusable. You can feel all the springs of the bed, doesn't make for a comfortable night.

Good place to stay for a night. Close to west nanjing road.

Unfortunately the time I stayed had construction so was quite loud (although the hotel warned us ahead of arrival as warning). Location is great for surroundings. Can be hard to locate on Didi due to many different branches also being in the same city.

Manager super helpful - the member of staff completely useless. Lost my phone and couldn’t speak Chinese, so asked the staff on duty to help me but for some reason they were unwilling to help. Had to wait several hours to actually get any kind of help

Good hotel location in a downtown of Shanghai . Have KFC and many stores with international grocery .

First room smelled like sewage but they swapped the room over fairly quickly and the second room didn't smell like sewage

The service matched the price paid. The room was clean and the staff very diligent and professional. The hotel is located right in the busy center of the city and it’s close to almost everything. The subway station was not too far and the bars were even closer. I would book it again if i have to go to Shanghai any other time.

Reasonably priced and easy to get around. Do not expect the best hotel in the world for the price you pay.

it's good if someone want to visit the SOHO plaza... overall it's good as compared to others. They are friendly and provide the necessary services. Even though it's fine if you don't know Chinese
