Very nice hotel Good service and location… Good onsen as well

Nice hotel with spa, although facilities are a bit worn down. Recommended.

This hotel has been around for many many years so it’s a bit dated. Shops around the area closes by 3pm and there’s not much to do at night and not much options for dinner. Best to reserve dinner at the hotel before checking into hotel otherwise could end up eating cup noodles at the convenient store. Hotel will not be able to accommodate request for breakfast or dinner at their restaurant during check in, at least that was the case for us and we had to find our own food elsewhere.

Nice service with excellent hot spring

Staffs speak decent English. You should have no problem checking in. Nice staff. They provide shuttle bus between hotel and the bus station, all you have to do is ask the information centre to call the hotel for you and they will pick you up from the station. The private bath IS NOT hot spring tho. But the hot spring, especially the golden one, the outdoor ones are excellent. Great view great feel. The dinner is ok(not bad~and everything is fresh. We were just expecting more. I heard the dinner in your room would be even better but of course you’d also have to pay more) but the breakfast is really good. Again, not that the dinner is bad. Definitely worth the price. If you go to Arima Onsen, the hot spring in the hotel should be enough. Nice experience.

It is a good hotel! It is connected with phase 1 hotel and everything is good!

適合情侶拍拖的好地方，環境舒適服務一流，店員親切有禮貌，每天會詢問客人需要嘢什麼會？會提供有關餐牌食品的選擇。晚餐及早餐超豐富，溫泉泉水有白湯同金湯。白湯浸完出來皮膚超滑。

第一次到有馬温泉，搭乘電車抵達時突然下雨，一路跟着導航拖着箱子一路爬坡渾身濕透到了酒店門口，工作人員立刻迎接上來、拿着有每個客人名字的名單為我是不是XX，那一刻確實很温暖。老牌温泉酒店的周到細緻這裏都有，大堂的落地玻璃外的山景非常漂亮。和遊月山莊一起共同3個温泉，金堂銀湯都有，有室內也有露天，温泉提供的酒粕製作的潔麪產品很舒服、一定要買。酒店配套的商店還可以退税，價格比外面的商店還要便宜，可以採購。另外退房時間到12點，非常舒適。

老牌日式溫泉旅館 連著旁邊姐妹館 總共有三個溫泉澡堂可以泡（金銀池都有） 環境氣氛很好，人員非常熱情並給予幫助 Check out後遺漏充電線也是立刻追出來給我 但感覺得到老飯店的fu(地毯/裝潢⋯） 除了價格偏高之外沒感覺到什麼缺點！

訂的單人間，酒店離神户電鐵有大概有1km距離，不過酒店有輛車可以提供接送到神户電鐵，內部有3處泡湯的地方，主要是有馬有名的含鐵鹽的湯

和朋友帶着小孩來的，四千一晚的房間，舊且一般，貴且不含餐，前台的服務人員很不專業，我們用地圖指着要去的纜車站給前台男生看請酒店的小班車帶去山上的纜車站，工作人員哦哦哦哦領我們上車結果把我們帶去山下的角坊，我們走了一大圈多繞好幾公里才發現車給我們帶的是反方向。。。小孩還沒玩就爬山走斷腿，店家如果是不能去可以直説，但看了地圖不説還帶我們繞遠很氣人，太狡猾，不知道是裝不知道還是故意。退房前問能否送下山，前台帶着嘲笑和身邊同事一邊捂嘴聊一邊回我們説沒有，以為他是沒聽懂，又用翻譯軟件問了，他指指表，不耐煩的意思是下班了。連着幾次這種不真誠的接待方式，讓人感到非常不舒服，體驗感差，可以説是毫無服務，泡湯全是自助，有一説一，有馬還是很喜歡的，但真不推薦住這家，性價比極差，我以後不會再來住了。有人要是槓着説這家好就是你對，誰喜歡來貼熱臉誰來。

非常喜歡這個地方，很適合一個人去旅行。 住店過程中最幸福的瞬間來自早起泡個温泉，然後出門在附近溜達一圈，回酒店吃了頓日式早餐，去大堂喝杯咖啡，坐在玻璃窗前看風吹樹林，看白雲藍天，內心得到了極大的寧靜和能量。 酒店服務態度也很好，平台無法預訂單人早餐，前台辦理入住時問了一句，毫無障礙給安排了。味道不錯，值得體驗
