Ulasan Novotel Shanghai Clover

Kami mempunyai masa yang hebat menginap di Novotel. Perkhidmatan bas ulang-alik sangat membantu sepanjang penginapan dan lawatan kami ke Disneyland. Terdapat makan malam bubur ringkas dari jam 9 malam setiap hari. Taman permainan dalaman adalah baik untuk kanak-kanak. Kopi harian tersedia di lobi dengan makanan ringan Kami menempah dua bilik keluarga tetapi malangnya tidak boleh berada di tingkat yang sama kerana setiap tingkat hanya mempunyai satu bilik keluarga dan kami terpaksa dipisahkan yang sedikit menyusahkan. Selain daripada itu kami mempunyai penginapan yang hebat 👍

Novotel Shanghai Clover has not uphold its image as an international brand. The room has a very strong cigarette smell despite having a "no-smoking" sign. But what appalled me the most is that I had the "Do not disturb" sign up (the red light on the doorbell is obviously lighted up) yet housekeeping knocked on my door and ENTERED my room even when I ignored those knockings. Not too sure of her intention but I'm not sure if I will be confident to stay here again because of this. Safety and security should be given as the #1 priority but Novotel Shanghai Clover breached this trust. On a side note, they are really very convenient going to Disneyland with shuttle buses and a metro station that is about 5 minutes walking distance one statiok away. They also have scheduled shuttle buses to the airports and famous attractions like The Bund/Yu Garden. Book at your own risk I guess

Clean hotel, spacious room, very good service staff, and the hotel is very close to Disneyland, free shuttle service, very convenient next time I will definitely stay here again

Hotel is very good and very nice location. It has free shuttle to and from Pudong Airport as well as to Disneyland.

It was a clean, silent, comfortable room. Restaurant fodd was nice, free coffee machine and fee playground for kids. About 500meters or few minutes walk from metro station, which is line to Disneyland, but the hotel itself serves a free bus to Disneyland. We took the bus to Disneyland, but I thought the metro station Disneyland is nearer than then the bus stop from the main entrance to Disneyland. So you should check distances to avoid walking back to bus stop when you or your kids are tired playing all day. They also offer bus to 2 airports and the shanghai tourism center,

Great location for those who like to stay close to Disney Shanghai, walkable distance to subway. Hotel provides pick up and drop off at Disney, Pudong Airport, Hongqiao train station, and The Bund. Very convenient. Also, have a foot bucket and foot tea bag, perfect for the tired day after Disney

The hotel location is near to Shanghai Disneyland and the hotel provided shuttle bus to Disneyland, The Bund & airport as well. I think the hotel need to add earlier shuttle to airport because the earlier timing now is 7am. The hotel is kids friendly with some activities provided for free.

Check in was efficient. Room was spacious and very clean. We particularly liked the efficient shuttle service to and from disneyland. We didn’t have to wait long for a bus.

A very satisfied customer! There is a wechat group concierge that responds to your requests and demand on all queries with very prompt response. Free shuttle to Disneyland / Disneytown, airport and Shanghai city daily. The staff are all helpful and good service. Room is spacious and comfortable.

Came for 2 nights stay, in Dec for Disneyland. The room doesn’t have air conditioning but only have warmer. The room is quite warm during the day time. The hotel surrounding has nothing much, need to order food via delivery.

We are super happy to have booked this hotel! It has free shuttle service to and from the airport, Disneyland Resort and the city centre. It's super convenient. The room is big and clean. The housekeeping is really helpful and friendly. Every day, we went back to our room, and they helped us tidy the room. They have a children playground in the hotel. It's a family-friendly hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there.

I had a good experience at Holiday Inn Shanghai! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a seamless check-in and stay. My room was modern, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for comfort. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.

The bed sheets are not clean. The housekeeping is not thorough. Our used cups and glasses are not washed up. However the (1) shuttle bus from Train station to Hotel , (2) shuttle bus from hotel to Disneyland and back to hotel , (3) shuttle bus from hotel to the Bund , (4) shuttle bus from hotel to the airport has made this hotel stay very hassle-free. We do not need to worry for our commuting to attractions. The family mart next to the hotel also supply us with useful bread/noodles . The hotel is also 10 mins walk from from the metro station.
