Ulasan Lu'an Hotel Shanghai

Nice hotel, value for money, nearby Shanghai Pudong Airport & hotel do provide airport pick up & drop off. Very near to Shanghai Disneyland, hotel do provide transport too. I booked 3 unit 3 person room & 1 unit 2 person room. When check in, the person incharge upgrade to the same room type so that we stay same floor & nearby unit. The breakfast is nice. All the staff that I encounter such as driver, front office, housekeeping, f&b are polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Cleanliness. The hotel room is huge and clean but furnishing wise is slightly dated back 10 years. The lift area can smell cig smoke. Location. Convenient as we took Didi. Easily get one cab. Service. The crews are friendly and helpful. Service was great and recommended. Amenities. Provided drinks in the room. A small slide in the room

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I traveled with a family of five who speak no Chinese; we had difficulty arranging the airport pick up before landing at the airport since we could not call directly and tried to rely on Trip customer service which did not go smoothly. Thankfully upon arrival airport staff were able to call and the hotel was very helpful in arranging pick up. We booked two rooms, one family suite and one king sized room. The family suite worked in terms of having enough beds, but the layout was a bit odd and you can tell it is a bit dated. There are rather steep stairs which make it not ideal for seniors as the beds are upstairs and the only bathroom is downstairs. The king room looked to be newly renovated and had no issues. There are two buildings to the hotel with the family suite in A and the king room in B so I think only the rooms in building B have been updated. We used the disneyland shuttle for the two days we stayed there which was excellent. The bus was in the located as stated by the hotel upon pick up but because there are so many other shuttles it’s best to arrive early at the parking lot to make sure you have enough time to find it. All in all, a great stay!

The place is good, it is not far from Pudong international airport and they provide free pick up and drop off airport service. A quiet place to stay if you need to travel early the next day.

Ayla is very friendly and helpful. Hotel has transport to and from Disneyland, very convenient for visiting Disneyland.

Cleanliness and amenities- its excellent. The rooms are clean, well appointed and with most of the amenities you need. I had a wondeful interaction with 2 staffs during my stay. 1) Front Desk 小姜(Jerry)- who go the extra mile to ensure my entourage of 8 was pick up promptly from Pudong after my inbound flight delay. 2) Guest relation 小杨(King)who check us in efficiently. He even arrange the best rooms and F&B entitlement for our group. Overall we had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay.

We got a very warm welcome from mr John the relation manager, he upgraded our room and ask us to see the room for us to choose. He has been a great help for us while staying at Lu an Hotel. All the breakfast menus also taste great, thank you 👍

Overall good hotel. Plus point are the location, availability of free transfer fow whole family from airport and to n fro Disneyland, attentive and helpful staffs esp Tina n John. And for muslim, there is nearby halal food just a street away. John was very helpful in getting us a taxi to city centre. Definitely recommended for family n muslim traveller

My kids liked Disney themed room so much, the service was good and staffs were really nice. The breakfast was very optional and delicious. Special thanks to your effort for taxi, food, breakfast and shuttle service. Good luck 👍

Overall very good experience, booked for 3 nights as they have free shuttle from airport and to and from Disneyland. The family room is big we have 1 king size and 1 super single bed. The breakfast is okay and the aunties serving the breakfast are very friendly and helpful. They even packed us some fruits and yoghurt for us to bring to Disneyland. Thanks to 张小丽阿姨 and 士杰阿姨， 你么都和贴心和真诚。

Rebecca (at the receptionist) gave me THE BEST service when I left my coat in the hotel. Fast & promt responds. She even took the initiative to help send my coat the my next city destination within the same day. Thank you so much, Rebecca.

We booked a family room for 3 adults. The room is very small, and it was not possible for us to open all our luggage at the same time. Bed sizes were ok. The toilet door is transparent, so it is a bit awkward for us, we have to put something to indicate someone was using the toilet so others would not walk past. We did not have 3 sets of toiletries and room slippers in the room and had to request on a daily basis. The floor and stairs were a little bit dirty in the room but all good when we wore our slippers. The location is ok, about 10-15mins drive to disneyland Resort. The hotel offers a complimentary bus ride, but we did not utilise it as we got early access tickets. There are not many international choices for breakfast, but enough to keep you full. The staff feel a bit distanced, did not see them smile most of the time. The staff did not offer to help with luggage to the car when we were struggling due to the quantities, although we were just chatting a minute ago while waiting for our ride. We are not saying this was mandatory, but helping or at least asking to help out of goodwill will be a nice touch to end the stay.

The place is fantastic and the reception lady helped us out every day, couldn’t ask for more ! The lady called Ayla Liu is an angle who was so helpful and pleasant. She helped us with all the problems we had and even made me a coffee without even asking.
