Toilet and floor not Clean properly creating horrible smell have to wear mask anytime go to toilet. Everything else looks clean except the toilet really really really stinks unbelievable.

The location is superb—right in the middle of the CBD, with easy access to the MRT. It is surrounded by various shopping malls, and everything you need is within walking distance. However, one downside is that the room is not soundproof; you can clearly hear noise from the neighboring room.

I booked a spacious two beds room with city view at this hotel. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that there were only small rooms left. We had to go up the staircase with heavy luggage and saw that the room was tiny with no window, no wardrobe and hangers for clothes. We had to go down the stairs to ask for another room, the one we actually paid for and were put into the next room. It was a more spacious room but the view was awful with loud noises from the streets. Couldn’t sleep well the whole trip.

The front desk staff are so professional,the room is so tidy and neat . I'll definitely come here on my next visit .

The room type booked said City View but when I check in they gave me a room with small window without any view at all, it is just a window facing nothing but a wall with only 2-mtrs from the window. The corridor was very narrow, dirty, stuffy and did not feel comfortable at all

The room was a little small but overall the staff was nice, the rooms were clean and equipped with everything you need. Internet works. The laundry works too. Would definitely come back!

The room is nice, clean, has daily cleaning, a small gym and laundry room, checkin and out was fast and they let us checkin earlier. Around there are various options of food and drink, open from early to midnight, right next to hotel is a food mall where you can buy sweet and local food as gift. The receptionists were kind and patient with me :3 This is the most famous set from the restaurant next door, crab noodle 10/10

It was good,but small room without windows ,we spent only one night.Check in there it was going really fast if you're a foreigner.

Booked SPECIFICALLY a room sith window (natural light) and it was not like that…my “window” was a hole into the wall Also the pipes in the bathroom smelled disgusting
